concentration curls 3 setsthat was my day today was okeish not hapy with the deadlift but could have been worse 😉

Both movements work the same areas but with dumbbells you are slightly more unstable but once you get used to it it will be no problem

Sports therapist deep tissue massage always helps me a

You don‘t have to go for a lot of protein if it‘s an illness

really good movement also if you have shoulder problems so it serves your joints well if you can stabilize it well do it 🙂

everything else is bull
imo and sure you will weigh a bit more after training day because of inflammation and water intake but as jordan mentioned depends on a lot of factors for example how much whole foods you are eating and so on. -
So 2nd day off from gym watched and attended a lot of christmas markets and cribs in czech republic. Currently driving home and feeling well recovered to start full throttle into the new week 🙂

Definitely not the same as semolina is a kind of wheat, But if you digest it well that‘s always the thing , people ask a lot what‘s better definitely if food timing is a thing for you the faster digesting options are always better if you have to take in a lot of cals through the day but if you digest other things as wheat evenly good why not stick with it 🙂

My standpoint is it’s important to get in all meals if it’s possible choose different sources of whole foods if not do it the “easier way”

If there is the need to breath breath ???? otherwise you will end your set earlier than you have to, or you probably gonna die???? no just kidding but keep reps continuous and breath when you need to there is no rule to that

Having 2 days off of training will serve me well
for the next week because my eyelid is getting worse????2 days in czech republic with inlaws and wifey to see some christmas markets and christmas cribs.

Definitely keep the calories but if you are coming off completely I would go a touch lower in cals to not get to much bf on when you are completely off for a serious amout of time
