Tryed the thera gun is the only one worth to buy but for serious issues I go to my massag therapist weekly the gun is just for superficial work on the muscle.

Totally agree with clare your logbook and the look in the mirror dictates where to go. some have big apetite and dont need to force feed.

How was your experience with Roman Fritz? He’s my favorite bodybuilder and I follow him for a loooong looong time! What did you learn from him?
we just exchanged views on how to grow, he’s more the volume type of guy when it comes to training and slows each rep down a little to much for my understanding. Otherwise he would be much stronger if he wouldn’t go all out on all the warm up sets.
But a nice guy and he plans on doing some shows in 2020.Yeah… his training style is very different from what most people on this forum are doing… Seems like it works for him though! He also has had a lot of injuries in the past, I think thats the main reason why he trains the way he does. [/quote]
Sure everyone has to do what works for himself/herself but I think he could definitely profit from a bit more of a progressive approach. -
If you only have the opportunity of a smith and a free squat always think about the different stance variations close stand wide stance smith stepping more to the front or directly under the bar so you have more to rotate with than only 2.
More effective…. you can’t really tell at the free squat you need more stability work at the smith squat the tension and focus can be more on the muscle because of no stability work so????????♂️ maybe take into account to switch between a few squats varations in your rotations -

Something which digests very well and if that‘s the squates or bagels for you and you feel they give you energy why would you change that, just because somebody said preworkout sugar is bad… that‘s no reasonable explanation always ask people about the explanation of their answer mist of them will not know why they say what they say or because it is like that that‘s bull.
Eat something which fits you and your digestion well give a f about what others say ????

Definitely 2ius will help you a lot you will recognize it through a much better recovery that’s mostly it.
-
Depends a lot on your recovery capabilities I think so there is more information needed to give adequate advise there.

Like Ryan said try to keep it as healthy as possible because you don’t want all that negative impacts if you are really serious about your goals.

Sure but why do you think bread is bad . That’s a huge misconception which is still present to that day.
If you digest bread well incorporate it into your diet it’s all about digestion. -
