I always saw hacksquats as an compound squat movement so I try to move as much weight as possible at this one with perfect execution.
But if you use it later in the workout maybe you can do it as a kind of a stability or isolation movement.

Personally I can‘t do it at the beginning of the workout because it hurts my knees + I love to do a hamstringcurl first after calves…warms up my knees so well.

I place calves first because at the end of the workout I am just fatigued and wouldn‘t mind skipping them. Another reason to put calves first is ankle mobility for your squat(-variation).

Back to your question I can do every legextension I ever used full stack+ some kgs for more than 10-15 reps at the end of the workout. So I don‘t see a point putting them before the compounds and do a million reps????

Hope this answers your question sufficient enough ????

Extra days off are the best you can do to your body give the body time to grow and if you are well rested and recovered go in with full effort????????????

    Decent legsession today:
    seated Calfraises 2
    lying hamstringcurls 2
    rev banded hacksquats 2
    horizontal legpress 2
    banded hipthrusts 3
    leg extensions 2
    add abd superset 3/3

overall good session couldn’t get more reps on the hacksquat at the loading set but 1 more at the backoff
    which is fine
    all other numbers progressed.

Also my opinion controlled est levels throughout the prep but at the end of the prep near contest time on the lower half to get rid of all the water.

The slack out of the bar you can do with pulling your shoulderblades back and downwards to your spine.
once they are fixed the slack
is out if the bar and you just pull the weight off of this point.

If you are still progressing on the rdl don‘t even think about switching.

Resting today with deep tissue massage. Which is highly needed after yesterday’s deadlift session.
Apetite is down a bit so I will just rest today and see how this goes on if the apetite isn‘t increasing I will just rest up a little more

Yes completely depends on your recovery capabilities there is no one size fits all plan or programming. Even the best ones autoregulate nearly every session. If you just keep track in your logbook it will tell you where to go 🙂

I think the best option is to give the body some rest from training if the appetite still stalls give yourself a good amount of days off from your daily calorie goals and eat just when you are hungry. Then apetite will increase rapidly back up again.
