Had a very good pullsession today.
Michael and me filmed
the workout for the site and it will be online very soon.Main move was deadlift
235×5 for loadingset on the stiffbar
and 200×10 for backoff.overall a great session.
Resting and massage tissue work tomorrow. -

A little soft never killed nobody but if apetite is deacreasing it‘s mostly the time to tidy up a notch and decrease calories for a while to let you digestion heal if it is impaired.
Getting over a plateau is mostly taking 1 step back(decrease cal) and then make 2 steps forward(if you feel the apetite is increasing and the body is in a good bf composition then push calories back up) ???? -
Completely agree with hilly if everything is fine why would you change anything.

If you can check all the markers with perfect sleep ???? perfect frequency and volume then maybe it‘s just time for a week off for you. Simple as that.

Definitely save the orals that‘s nothing you wanna take too early or for too long. NPP or Primo is mild and a good add up imo.

You should schedule your cardio when you have time for it during the day so pre bed is absolutely fine just talk a good walk and stay around 130bpm so you will sleep very well after that 🙂 HIIT cardio helps a lot more with cardiovascular health because it‘s more demanding, but I wouldn‘t do that prebed.

If you take only 1-2 ius this won‘t interfere blood glucose doesn‘t matter when you take it.
In BB its for recovery reasons not beauty.
And blood glucose interference is coming from injecting gh more frequently during the day

My point is very simple if you are new to competing take a coach because you will not know all the variables . Not only for nutrition and training or gear, some
simple but important things as posing tanning posing trunk advice for the comp day and so on.
