As I am a guy with a very bad apetite I have some meals for you 🙂
    Tortellini with tomatosauce and chicken
All spaghetti variations with meat or eggs and some nuts. I like walnuts.
I also had astronaut nutrition in my plan once in a while? some high calorieshakes but stopped them because they are very expensive and did my own with whey ricemilk and peanutbutter. I hope these ones help you

Thanks! would you do that on all movements (including isolation) or just the compounds?

On isos as well but I guess I would go higher in reps something like 10-15

If your progress is your priority then you will have to kick him and switch to training alone or someone having the same goals. If you friendship is strong that won’t influence it at all

I think with 15gr in you will end up with diarrhea. I personally have the best experience with 5-10 gr so 5gr in pre and postworkout shake

I personally haven’t but I have a lot of clients who had it done. It’s the best thing to do when you really have problems with gyno.

If you are using it for the first time put it to your preworkout and start out with 1gr and see how you like it.

Start low and increase from there and where you want to place it depends on personal preference I definitely place it as long as possible away from the workout to not influence my strength training

Try to get it right with stretching and mobility work also maybe take a deload of high loads and go with higher reps if this all doesn’t help get it checked by a doctor or physiotherapist

Last day of quarantine today . I can’t really tell you how much I love to get back out there tomorrow and have a good training session with Michael tomorrow ?. As well as being immune now for at least 2 months takes a little pressure of my mind from getting my family sick at christmas eve. So everything fine and perfectly set up for the Start back into training again tomorrow ?. I will also take some pics tomorrow how much the 2 weeks have done to me in terms of muscle or glycogen loss.

How many weeks are you blasting?

I don’t really see it as a blast and cruise. If I feel run down I check my bloods and do a cruise like right now then I go back at 750test maybe some npp or little less test next time and stay there in my offseason. Prep is another ballgame 🙂
