Still cannot wait to put gear back in and push recovery. After 15 weeks of cruise now I recognize some issues due to frequency so just rested when I felt fucked . Trying to give the body what it needs. -

high cable curls
sideraises machine
lying db crossbody tri extensions
High incline pin shoulder press
db curlsoverall a nice pump pin press was good 120kgfor6, 140kgfor2

Was a great Nabba Austrian Open yesterday. Men’s BB Classes were really high standard. Michael
won the best men4 class I ‘ve ever watched at an Austrian Championship.
Overall went to another Client of Stefan Lehner Harry absolutely unbeatable considered he weighed 96kgs as a very small Men3 athlete.
Overall a great day yesterday.
So for me it’s 1 1/2 weeks and then we go back
in on gear again can’t wait to have better recovery again and increase my strength to absolute pb strength???????? -
