Today has been a struggle I must admit. All I could think about was burgers chips cheesecake. It wud of been so easy for me to cave in today. All I cud think about during training was a dirty kebab. But instead went home and had my usual ricecrispys and whey post workout meal [/quote]
Suck it up and get over it if you want to have a winning physique you gotta embrace the torture and enjoy the struggle it makes everything much more worthy in the end. -

I only use nike pro compression shorts as underwear so no wounds between my legs cause I had that before and it was shit

The best tip I can give on that is if you let everything as it is because if the shape is perfect why switch something up which might make you 5% better but the risk
of making you 20% worse is not worth the risk.

keep everything in place maybe up
some carbs the last 1-2 days.
But all
this is taken out of nowhere now because for
something like that you need a coach to watch over and telling you what to do. -

I am with Kuba if your mentally not capable of adhering to a plan use myfitnesspal or fddb and add some of the food in which you are craving. Is just the simplest option.

If there is a lagging bodypart it is mostly because of failing connection so get execution and feeling right is the first thing to do.Then think about upping frequency/volume/ intensity.
