I did implement it but insulin never got me any better.
I used Insulin preworkout with intraworkout carbs but I am to sensitive and always got very low.
Hgh in the morning and in the evening 1,5-2iu/per shot.
That was my protocol.
You can also time it around the workout but I think there is too much science shit about it. If it‘s a real Gh it works anytime in the day.
With Insulin you always have to watch your bloodsugar. -

With dosage it‘s always wiser to start as low as possible and get the most out of it.

Push legs pull rest upper lower rest might be a good option for you.

Constipation can have be triggered by many factors.
But mostly because of too less or too much fibre or waterintake or body just working against you because you are too long into a deficit and it trys to keep everything to hold the body alive????.
If it doesn’t go away consult a doc would always be my go to. -
So last full day here at Antalya tomorrow we gonna fly back home.
Then 4days into routine and then my last op mole removement 2 weeks after that we can finally get back on gear I can see now loosing a bit if tissue feeling soft and strength curve decreasing so time to go back in health markers all in place can’t wait to push up again. 118-119kg is a very good starting point for me let’s see how far we can take this strengthwise and tissuewise this offseason ????

Never a good option to train through a cold this will only prolong the healing process. If you have a cold ???? stay away from the gym and also think about the other gym goes you wouldn‘t like it either if you are healthy and somebody with a cold will pass it over to you when you are at the gym.
