enjoy your holliday!
you deserve a break…
I have to say that your meals on instagram stories look awesome!!! you should post some pictures in here also ???? or make another full day of eating for youtube ????
regarding your food intake, You eat a LOT of food haha, how is your apetite? do you have to force feed or is it ok for you to eat this much? and what about digestion, are you bloathed throught the day since you eat so much volume of food every day?
I heard some bodybuilders on their podcast who claim that eating that amount of food makes your stomach grow ???? I guess it isn’t true sice your wais is so small after all those years of eating large amounts of food!
????
have a great day Kevin!
keep us updated! My apetite is very good atm as I am cruising.
No bloating cause I only eat foods which I digest very well. I have to eat a certain amount of calories to keep growing. 5400 for me is an easy job as I was used to eat 6-7500 calories back in 2013/2014 . There I had to force feed. Nowadays I think it‘s just easy for me because I trained my body to eat big amounts of food.Big volumes of food, bad abdominal control, gh plus insulin will make your stomach grow over time. That‘s just a fact.
But I trained my body to digest that amount of foods very well so no problem. Also I keep my stomach very much under control through breathing techniques as vacuum practice.
But I have to mention in an offseason my waist will always be/look wider than it is in prep cause of the food volume but I know it will shrink down in diet so thats not a thing that I worry about. -
Hotel is very cool here the buffet is crazy and 24/7 food???? 125kg incoming…????
Just trying to switch off a bit and enjoy the day by the pool. Katharina and me decided we will do our client work in the evening . -

I think this comes down a lot of different variables. But most importantly how you can take a to absolute failure.
The wisest thing imo is to start with less and work your way up to the point where performance and progression decreases then you will know where the limit is. -
Rice based is fine because this will actually be very low in fat and digest well
-
haven’t heard that at all crazy. Blood sugar IMO in the morning will probably be low if you haven’t been eating for 8-9 hours.

Time to fly out to antalya and have some time off before we get back at it again after my OP on 23.10.

I think this all
comes down to how high you set your goals.
If you just do bb for fun and don’t have competitive goals go for it. If you have comp goals alcohol has no place in your life. -
Restday today just getting my morning cardio in and all the last shopping for the turkey vacation.
Taking one week of from training only some cardio and then staying at the pool ????????????. -
Fasting is nice if you get all your calories in for the day. But fasting is very healthy for digestion I don’t call it fasting but I eat my last meal at 22:00 and start my day at 9:30am so nearly 12 hours and that serves me very well
