    Rest week is definitely needed when we fly out to Antalya this sunday.

    If you are not wide structured you will never be „wide“ but you can create an illusion with a lot of side delts sides raises and thickness over time whilst keeping the waist tight.

    growth hormone is out since a week due to mole results it‘s not black skin cancer but the cells look similar so I have to get another op in to remove more tissue to be sure everything is fine.
    so for the future no more gh and igf for me.

    Cardio in an offseaon is important keep that in.
    Sure you can hold strength and if you are reverse dieting you will get stronger. But be sure to use the time off also for recovery not breaking records. And if it’s okei to go pct or completely off for a good amout if time is always a wise decision to keep your body healthy. Cruising is only for people with serious amouts of muscle which have high competitive goals. All other should always stay as healthy as possible.
    When to go higher in cals your logbook will tell you. also I think adding in cheatmeals in da reverse diet is nonsene. add in good food that you can get energy from as long as the apetite is good. cheat meals and days are for people which stay in comfort zones. When you have high goals live up to that.

    Restday today after all
    the travelling weighed myself today was at 115,5 kg today .
    I do not really care I have to say I am still in my recovery phase and when gear comes back in then the weight will increase.
    So that’s it for today 1 client appointment videocutting and editing plus deep tissue massage.

    All processed food is suboptimal as you said mostly very high in sodium and can never compare to a freshly cooked meat or other meals.
    It‘s okeish to swap it in for a day or two if it‘s for a holiday but most of the time try to stay away of processed food.

    Only vacuum and posing helps . structural you can’t do anything about it.
    And maybe don’t push food to hard in an offseason plus get your digestion right.

    Today was flying home and getting everything ready for a bit of a routine till sunday last time away for a good time in antalya to chill out after a stressful but very successful year 🙂

    Bodyfat levels look good to me. Drop the cheats they won’t get you better even if you say you store fat on love handles like that there’s no point in doing cheatdays or meals
    Not necessary in a bulk up get your food in progress your logbook and get out of your comfortzone!!????
