    Volume depends on your intensity in the sessions and first and foremost on your recovery capabilities.
    So we won’t have the right answer if it is enough or not you gotta do it by try n error. If you progress your lifts and recover in time fine. If not switch things up a notch

    Bodyfat levels look good to me. Drop the cheats they won’t get you better even if you say you store fat on love handles like that there’s no point in doing cheatdays or meals
    Not necessary in a bulk up get your food in progress your logbook and get out of your comfortzone!!????

    I would also add to the commentars above do it at the end of the day otherwise it will fuck up your apetite and maybe don‘t go to high in fats but sushi is fine.

    Trained pull today at muscleworks enfield . They have amazingly a lot of kit. Was cool to get a session in before doing 25Steps today through London City :).
    Had a wonderful day striving through the city with wifey and stefan.

    Tomorrow we gonna cheer loud like for lara at the 2bros show to let the judges know what’s up!!!

    Trip to london was horrible due to a lot of issues with airport shuttle and apartment.
    But finally at a hotel. Looking foward to some nice days here

    If you did deload workouts you will be able to go back at it
    if you rested take 1-2 reps shy from failure and mybe a littel lighter weights

    ???? yes we (stefan my coach and me) decided to start at the end of october if the bloodwork which is coming back next week is fine.
    Nearly everything was in range just the hdl/ chol and vitd were out of range so we acted accordingly now let‘s see what we will have next week.
    LOVE HEART is the main change for me in my health supps stack.
    vit citrus bergamot and ubiquinol in it best thing for hdl and cardio everyday . Because LDL was okei as I eat very high carb and only with plant fats(except the fat from beef chicken and eggs)
