hows the off season going mate? whats your main areas you want to improve and whats your plan to improve them?
Main areas in numerical order:
1.delts
2.arms
3.chest
4.back
????
So still more upperbody needed to be competitive in the classic physique pro division.
Planned 2-3 times frequency for delts chest and arms 1 time a week back and legs as they are ahead of the others.
If I can reover from that I will stick to it otherwise I will decrease frequency to should chest arms 2 times per week.
Food I will take as high as i need to. Apetite is quite good now Don‘t know why but I am very happy about that.
Drugs I will stick to the basics as always medium test little npp and maybe some primo thats it gh 3ius will stay the whole offseason I noticed my cns is much better recovering if I take it year round.

If it started there s most of the time no way back unfortunately. But stay away from masteron this might slow down the process

hs single arm isolat pulldown 75psx7/ 65psx12
blockpulls(4 blocks): 260×3/ 220×8
tbar widegrip: 45×7, 30×13, 30×10
valentino pulldown: 100×15/ 120×10
dorian rear delt 8×12/ 8×11
db curls 3 sets of 20drop12,5not as good as I wanted but with all the travelling and cruising lately I just stick to the plan and don‘t bitch around looking forward to get gear back in and get stronger ????

Anything above TRT depends how on your natural test levels

I think this comes down to your daily needs and training time.
If you hit a session in the morning you will probably be better if with something fast acting/digesting. If you don’t want that blood sugar spike and keep the insulin constant oats are good to go -
I am with Louis that will probably give you a good time to rest up between the sessions

Thanks all, got a pretty good smiths machine at the gym (there’s 3 to choose from) so have put that back in my routine over barbell. I’m running full body 3 x week so have Smith’s incline press / db bench press / db incline press as my 3 chest pressing exercises for the week.

pullovers
highcurler biceps1 working set each try to use these holiday workouts as a little deload before getting back at it on monday.

The question has to be what are your goals?
If your biggest goal is to accumulate musclemass and progressive overload works for you why do you want to switch it against sometning else.
If your goal is primarily fun in the gym switch and try out anything you like. -
So today started thw day off with cardio on the stepmill in the hotel gym then to breakfast after that pullday and then we hit the city to check out some sights and maybe food 😉
