Not a real benefit but if you use carbs around the workout you might benefit energywise .

Faster acting carbs around the workout are good in all other meals stick to rice, oats, quinoa, potatoes whatever you fancy but should digest a little slower.

The most of us cannot run anymore???? they could but would hurt more than it does good.
So Except you don‘t weigh 30-40kg over a „normal man‘s weight“ your height sure implement it.

The most competitive bb don‘t do it because they are too heavy too run and get tibialis cramps or anything worse.
So we prefer „safer“ ways like walking fast treadmill bikes or stairmasters.
But it will not hurt your gains if you eat enough cals to stay in a surplus.

If everything healed well maybe some vacuum breathinh exercises will prevent you from getting one again.
    Always adviseable in my opinion.

It may also be if recovery is not
optimal that the frequency in the exercises or even the frequency on pushdays are too high.
I‘ve experienced this myself if I‘ve done more than 2 pushdays in a 7 day period lifts started to stall even if everything else is in place.

You are taking just 20mcg isntead of 25mcg T3. Is that really enough?Isn’t that less then the natural production?I guess you have “Novothyral”? Thats a mix of 20mcg T3 and 100mcg T4.. that’s in Germany the only T3 product (beside of Thybon 20mcg or 100mcg tabs).

    It served me well
    in diet.
So no need to overthink about it more.
I don’t take any orals in an offseason.

kevin do you take this thyroid dose year round as a replacement or just during prep.

As I mentioned above i don’t take any orals in an offseason. t3 is an oral
I haven’t used any t3 in an offseason even if I took gh for longer periods if the blood work doesn’t change there is no need for it [/quote]
Oral usually refers to oral steroid here in the Uk my man. If one asks what orals your on they wouldn’t include t3 in that.
Agreed again. If thyroid is fine no need for t3. I’m not a believer you need t4 when in gh either unless bloods show

Then maybe I pronounced it wrong my bad.
Yes same thoughts here if bloodwork is in range no need to throw in tons of meds 🙂

Carbs doesn’t have any relationship to cholesterol.
If you want to keep your cholesterol in a good place eat high carb low
    or medium fat.
Control your quality of fats if they come from
natural sources like nuts or avocados these are the best choices.
@hilly clean carbs? carb from natural sources you mean.
There are no non clean carbs because if you count choclate or a burger as carbs that isn’t a carb it’s always a (fat/carb) combo and the bad thing about that is the trans fats. I hate that when people blame carbs like normal sugar or fructose for anything.
You can’t do much about the HDL other than a lot of citrusbergamot and good amount of CV. that’s it.
Food will not enhance the HDL.

A clean carb is one that is simply clean. Void of any trans fats n other crap.
A chip is not a clean carb if it has been fried.
Rice is not a clean carb if it’s from a Chinese n fried in crap oil.
As there is a direct relationship between poor health markers including cholesterol and trans fats.
It’s trans fats that we cannot utilise and start to block arteries etc I believe. Not saturated fats like the rubbish people believe.
So we are on same page
