You are taking just 20mcg isntead of 25mcg T3. Is that really enough?Isn’t that less then the natural production?I guess you have “Novothyral”? Thats a mix of 20mcg T3 and 100mcg T4.. that’s in Germany the only T3 product (beside of Thybon 20mcg or 100mcg tabs).

    It served me well
    in diet.
So no need to overthink about it more.
I don’t take any orals in an offseason.

kevin do you take this thyroid dose year round as a replacement or just during prep.

As I mentioned above i don’t take any orals in an offseason. t3 is an oral
I haven’t used any t3 in an offseason even if I took gh for longer periods if the blood work doesn’t change there is no need for it

Carbs doesn’t have any relationship to cholesterol.
If you want to keep your cholesterol in a good place eat high carb low
    or medium fat.
Control your quality of fats if they come from
natural sources like nuts or avocados these are the best choices.
@hilly clean carbs? carb from natural sources you mean.
There are no non clean carbs because if you count choclate or a burger as carbs that isn’t a carb it’s always a (fat/carb) combo and the bad thing about that is the trans fats. I hate that when people blame carbs like normal sugar or fructose for anything.

You can’t do much about the HDL other than a lot of citrusbergamot and good amount of CV. that’s it.
Food will not enhance the HDL.

depends completely on your goals and your body composition after a diet. How hard hit the diet you mentally physically and on bloodwork papers

???? could be anything or nothing if the pain lasts for
longer than 1 1/2 weeks contact a doctor.
But post inj pain can be normal if you touch a nerve or some blood vessels.

Take more rest if you train with any kind of illness or food poisoning will only make it worse.
