Buddy that‘s not a strange question.
That happens 50% of the time I would say. I once did a video on this on youtube. In the diet a partner which has nothing to do with competing in bodybuilding competitions has a lot of difficulties to face.
The partner which is not into competing has to be very very supportive or if you have a partner which is competing and knows what‘s going on inside you these are the only 2 ways I can think of a relationship working out fine during a diet.Otherwise if you turn into being a f***ing dickhead then no relationship will work????

Restday today due to a heavy legsession tomorrow.
Diet changes being made:
Taking calories up on training day cause I feel I need a bit more to compensate the low test cruise.
5600 on training days
4500 on non training days to keep digestion in a good manner and my appetite up for a long time now.

So we flexed yesterday;) in red.

We performed yesterday at an art festival in Styria ????????.
Was very cool meeting a lot of artists and posing in our own showroom, which was filled with people the whole 2 hours we performed onstage :).

I was there with wotti and lara 🙂
and my beautiful wife katharina who filmed everything for youtube.
•Was a pleasure and great fun.

As mentioned above today is restday because we have to do a 2 hour drive to Graz for a bodypainting job with lara and wotti will be interesting what we will have to do there.
Just prepping my meals and staying a night in a hotel there and friday back to the routine 🙂 -

Hi buddy I started in my firstcomp diet
with 30mgs of winstrol
100mgs of test prop eod
and t3/t4
that was it
I wouldn’t change anything
I trained 5 years until I decided to go on.
Maybe I would have done my first comp natural if my first trainer wouldn’t have told me that this is normal and if I don’t take gear I wouldn’t be competitive.
???? Which was nonsense Cause I smoked everyone in my first year????

1.place wff juniors superbody
2.place at the mens superbody under 35years
But hey 1 one year more or less not that big of an issue????

Stick to your training regime as you‘ve done it before. Cutting phase only means cal will go down/cardio will go up/output will be higher. These are the variables which whom you will work out a cutting phase.
Training stays the same and you will try to hold your strength levels
