Haider said it very right there’s no scientific difference in doin it fasted or with food in but do it as it feels best for you.

Is it important to be completely fasted for you? As Louis stated if there’s maltodextrin in it it might get you out of being fasted but if the dosage is minimal it won’t and as I asked above it’s nit really important to do it fasted for any reasons i think

Restday number I don’t know ? started with some low intensity cardio today for 30mins on the bike at home as I am still not allowed to go outside? Monday is the day of the RETURN???

What’s new? ? nothing another restday. Today I was weighing myself today weight decreased to 114kg let’s see where I end up on monday when I can get back to training.

Depends on what you try to gain from it when you want to reduce stress on cns and general fatigue I would keep one single workingset between 8-10 reps and skip the others.

I love to have sustain intra 100gr for me and 35gr of mps max mixed together in abig 1,5 litre bottle. I never liked peptopro because it tastes like ass sorry to say that?

– have high low days
-increase steps
-increase cardio vascular training
-be more active in the day
-if you have more muscle tissue so increment of musculatur = you can handle more calories -
Another day at home trying to relax get more food in daily to be well rested for the start of training next week

Today’s the first day that I start to really miss the gym. 6th day of no training and symptoms getting better I can’t taste anything I think this will stay for longer so I don’t spice anything right niw I just try to get it down?
