After 2 trainingdays in a row today restday just some cardio mobility and stretching.

Legtraining was very good yesterday with michael this week on thursday me @wotti and @lara-tasharofi will be at an event where they will bodypaint us as statues for a scene:) Will be good fun , I hope so????????????.
otherwise nothing else to tell today maybe I will get a workout in later in the day but for now there’s a whole lot to do at the home office ????

This depends on your shape buddy
but if your bodyfat and shape
is on point I would not alter anything because then you will just make it worse.
Best thing to do in a peakweek is….
No changes at all just eat maybe a little more carbs 1 day out that‘s it and you will bring a real good package if the bodyfat is on point -
I have my sustain and my mps max intra so I have my postworkout riceflakes and wheyisolate an hour after I finished my session.

Michael runs his own gym and it‘s about 30minutes away from vienna so an easy go to.
We will hit legs today as I said above main move will be hacksquat or vsquat today I will probably go with V Squat because I haven‘t done Vsquat in a long long time 🙂 -
I would not opt for any kind of supplement if you don‘t have a deficiency.( health supps wise)

the multivatmins are here for selling it to people which do not understand why they take it so it‘s just an expensive piss IMO.
As kuba said a good intra is always wise all the other stuff not necessary if you don‘t have a deficiency in it.

So this resting thing after surgery didn’t last too long????.
Tryed some armtraining today with some sideraises went good so i am gonna stick with arms off legs off repeat until the seams come off in 2 weeks time.
