If you add a little to your postw that would be good ???? the only thing that prevents you from loosing weight is upping the food gear looks fine to me.

Another 1.2lb loss this morning…. was rest day yesterday, mainly Pro/Fat meals to 3k.
I’d be happy if I was trying to lose weight! ????????♂️
Bloods being taken this morning, that will confirm if Test is genuine and if possibly underdosed.
Will have results Tuesday latest, so planning on pinning again on Tuesday with a diff lab IF these bloods come back negative.
Either way, another retest in 4 weeks. Should allow sensible time for stable blood levels…[/quote]
Yes that‘s a good idea to test the gear.
But most of the time it‘s because you are eating not enough. I have to go up to 6-7k calories to increase the scale ^^! -
So guys restday today surgery went well yesterday.
Tomorrow I am thinking of an arm session we‘ll see if that’s possible or not . -

After 2 successful trainings in a row today’s restday and I ll get my mole/birthmark removed from my right chest. The doc says 2 weeks no training???? good joke????
I will try to get a legsession in on sunday. So the challenge is on heal faster than 2 weeks????btw morning weight 114,5kg

It‘s an excellent protein source but I rather stay with chicken minced beef steak or fish, it‘s not that dry???? but that‘s just me.

I would say if you progress your lifts and everything looks adequate in the mirror you can be assured you are growing. Cause if you push cals too high you will just get fat .
It‘s a marathon not a sprint from season the season slowly adding good amounts of muscle. -

Stay with it buddy if you are getting leaner, never change a running system.

Go for it if it works for you. I personally like to have one big meal prior to the session with oats eggwhites eggs and so on but that’s just me and fits my routine. You have to do what fits for yourself and as you mentioned above if you have an intra no worries about not eating anything before.
