@kevinstuetz @clare @cameron thanks for your reply’s, let’s say I decide to aggressive cut for 6-8 weeks, would you still keep training the same and have my carbs pre Intra post?

    Def yes.
Intraworkout carbs to keep the performance high. Only if you are getting to too hungry cut it out and eat more whole food.

If it is your personal preference go for it.
Dropping fat is always wise and then pushing back up.
If you do a little minicut this doesn‘t mean you can‘t progress your logbook anymore. So if you want to cut go for it????

Tomorrow gonna start off with a push session ???? and I am excited to get back to the gym :))) and my routine.

    Hi Man.
I wanted to win the overall to be sure I can be ready for my professional career.
    I won that title twice.
    Stack was 100 testp/drosta pr/tren ac ed
    2,5mg femara eod
    20mcg t3 100mcg T4 ed
    3ius of gh
    0,06 clen
50mg winstrol 5 weeks out started

All this is in my last contestlog so you can check it there.

The shape was okeish because i got ill on contest day which brought a whole lot of waterretention unfortunately with it.

The volume the numbers the sets the reps aren’t the interesting part of the videos or shouldn’t be.
Because everybody needs another amount of volume and everybody takes a set differently + has different recovery capabilities. So there would be no point in writing things out.
As @Haider Mehdi said take some motivation and execution tips out of the videos that’s the major part they are on the site I guess 🙂

6th day of resting down to 112kgs but doesn’t matter to me just wanted to know where I am at.
Recovering by the day I hope I can train by monday so I can hit a push and a pullsession before getting my mole removed from my right chest on wednesday.
After that there is another time off the gym :/ at least for chest back and shoulders for about 2 weeks. but who cares legs and arms all day????

Yes pretty normal if you wanna do yourself a favor have some sustain intra and mps max for intraworkout then it’s no problem to wait 45-60 mins pwo for your meal 🙂

Don‘t cut too fast, and how much too cut also depends on where you were at in your offseason
reducing fats or carbs by a little amount and increase output then the weight will decrease ????

I don‘t get people which only count direct sources it‘s that simple protein is protein it all goes into your body and your body isn‘t deciding if it is from a direct source or not so yes I count all macronutrients of everything I eat.

Looks like… But wasn‘t a wise decision to do a hard cut to only 1000cals
what is your bodyweight and height right now?
In bodybuilding everything takes time so does it when you have to diet down.
These quick forced fixes always drive people into a wall after a few weeks.

So my advice would be get back up to maintenance and then once the bodyweight has settled slowly taper down the calories. By carbs or fats.
Output in the same way you don‘t go from 0-100
Start by a good amount of for example 4 times a week 30mins if the weight and shape stalls for several weeks increase cardio or output by steps.
    Do everything step by step.

I can‘t give you the optimal advice here because I don‘t know anything about you but the tips given above should help you a lot 🙂
    Don‘t rush anything????????
