Day 4. What to tell still sick sickish…
Happy that my apetite isn‘t gone. I get all my non training day meals in and next week getting a mole removed from my chest by a little surgery.
Doc said no training for 2 weeks again yeyyy????????????????????.
She said leg training and arms is possible if I don‘t get any tension on my chest.
We will see.
So now forced to take the foot of the gas but gotta see the positive in it. Haven‘t rested 3 weeks in a row for like I don‘t know????
So coming back fully recovered and ready for some size when I am allowed to train again. -

If you don’t want to stop taking gear there‘s only one thing to go and that is donating blood to decrease red blood levels

I agree with Jaybird just mildly over the ldl and a little under the hdl
nothing major to be concerned about. Useful tools to bring hdl up
citrus bergamot( love heart jp supps)
and a good amount of cardio. -

Day 3 of resting. Feeling sick now????????????♂️ have done too much work yesterday so today I will really try to relax and lay down get all my meals in to cure.
Although it‘s just a running nose and sore throat I know if I don‘t rest at this point this can turn into more severe shit.So just resting today nothing more to tell hope you‘re all
well. -

otherwise one tab of digest gold cold help out as well some caricol( papayaextract) These two help a lot with digesting foods easy. -
2nd day of resting .
Feeling a little bit sickish nose running , little irritation in the throat and resting heartrate is up.
But yes who cares perfect for a restperiod now. So I am gonna cut cardio out until this symptoms are completely cured out.
Might come from directly sitting in front of the fan all day and sleep in front of it at night but was so damn hot here no chance living/sleeping without a fan at your side. -
Silly, why you want to do that?
Insulin is only an option pre weight training when you consume efficient amount of carbs pre intra and postworkout.
But for cardio just silly. -
Oats will satiate your more cause of the fibre and fat. So I would stick with oats.

Hey buddy,
I agree you want to come out of that deficit and really start to take advantage of your 1st cycle to put on some good tissue. I would suggest an extra 500cals initially, push more carbs on training days and increase protein a little. More fat can be utilised on non training days.

I would go up like 3-400 kcals or to and then go by the logbook if your logbook stalls up the cals if not stay with it????
only if hunger gets to hard up the cals but alot of greens and water help 🙂 -

Start by bringing your hips back.
Keep your chest upright. Squeeze the shoulderblades together and down to your hips.
Lower the bar as far as possible(mobility and stretchwise) You will notice this when your lower back takes over the loading and tension is not on your hamstrings anymore.
Keep the bar near the shins don‘t let it drift off to the front.
Start off with an adequate weight and keep progressing every session. Execution has to be on point! -
Today first day of resting. I feel I need this little off time of the gym and it will serve me well.
I haven’t got continuous restdays in a row since prep so… I feel pretty smashed????. Now time to take some days off because increlex is going out as well now which fits perfectly.
It was 6 weeks in 100mcg preworkout and it felt great. Gave me a very very good post comp rebound with fullness and recovery although being on cruise 350test a week.
Bloodwork went well nothing to be scared about everything in a very good healthy range.
So now time to regenerate for some days and then back at it to push for more strength and size????
