When we getting some more videos mate?
Hi Danny we are trying to find videographers in ???????? They all charge crazy amounts of money for their work unfortunately the situation with videographers over here in Austria is much more complicated than in the UK.
That‘s why there are still no videos of @lara-tasharofi and @wotti on here ????.
But we try to figure something out 🙂 for you guys -
I am of the opinion that everyone should train at their own recovery capacity. Doesn‘t depend on natural and enhanced.
But it will differ from natural to natural competitor. Everyone has different recovery capacities because it depends on their lifestyle sleep training intensity and nutrition. -

I think because of the less years of training experience you should max out a full body split first. like fullbody1 rest fullbody2 rest …4-5 rotations

Yes and if you want to compete cut out all the diet drinks and cal free sauces a week out and you should be fine

Sure some a little cold diet coke never killed nobody. Don’t overdo it because then it will cause digestive issues but one or 2 here and there should be okei buddy????

If you go in ill you will prolong the sickness.

As expected time for some days off ????
Went in today on a legsession and it completely sucked.
I don‘t know why but once every 6 months I try to incorporate the backsquat again but I always pinch a nerv so why Do I DO THAT????????♂️????????♂️.
Don‘t know but yeah.
I hope I learned it now that hacks pendulum and legpress are my go to for compounds.
So tomorrow theres a push session which I will go in for a deload and then take 3-5 days off depends on how I feel. -
In a compdiet you have to go as low as you need to take off all the bodyfat.
In an offseason it depends everybody is different and digests fat in another way. -

Eat less cals than you put out. Give yourself time diet is not a 1 week thing -

That’s the point and after the nights sleep (fasting) it is already low with cardio it even get’s lower no need for GDA on empty stomach before cardio.
