If you use any kind of milk than I would go with ricemilk or just water. Digests faster easier and that’s better for post workout

I am with clare as nearly always???? perfect advice.

Adding just few amounts of fats to every carb protein meal will up the calories so easy. You just have find the right fats which digest well.
For example some like peanutbutter others do not digest them very well and may be better of with avocados or some oils.
    Hope this is helpful matey.

I personally would leave it as you have it
for a fullbody you need more rest inbetween as an experienced lifter.
So with PPL you have covered all muscle groups once weekly and that‘s good if you only have time to train on fr-sunday.

Today there is a pullsession coming up training with Tim Budesheim for anybody who knows the name .

He s an open class bodybuilder and also a very young ifbb pro.

    Took some pictures today.

6weeks post contest and we are holding solid condition. Slowly adding back calories during my cruise and trying to maintain a solid basis for the upcoming buildup season in 2020.

Currently at 5200 calories on training days and 4500 on non-training days, at 114kg morning weight.

That waistline is just crazy. Have you ever measured it?

Did you already get your blood work?

I’ve never experienced this even at a dose of 700mgs a week
The only thing I suffe from most of the time is the tren cough and that’s pretty shitty as well.

If you drive with your ellbow against the pads this shouldn’t be a problem otherwise switch to cable pullovers with strict arm positioning

I would always make small changes and see what happens.
    1. increase output more steps or cardio
    2. then deacrease calories
    3. then only when the other 2 are on point think about meds

This would also be an option

mix banana whey oats or something like this and sip it down.

Or Go Crazy and Go Rocky and down a package of free range eggs haha.
