Try to go back from extreme stretches to lighter stretches but more frequently of this is too
much for your recovery capabilities maybe a deload is wise -
When you do “extreme stretching” maybe you overdo it.
I prefer just some light stretches and get better over time.
I do my mobility and stretch work before every workout and this doesn’t bother my workout. It even gets me better into every session. -
🙂 a little mobility at the beginning of the workout and it did not bother my pullsession 🙂

This is very hard to say I wouldn‘t just adivse something to anybody who is at another coach. If too many coaches work on one client this never works out well.
For a advice we would need more information to provide that this is helpful for her. -
Today pull on the menu legs feel very sore from tuesday‘s legsession.
So as always I will focus on upperback and lats which are my weakest parts and without too much lowerback loadingwhat are you guys training today?

maximum recoverable volume is when you cannot recover when the next for example push session is up.
So for the minimum of volume you just have to test the waters mate. If you feel very fresh after one day that might be too less and if you feel fucked after 4-5days time you are too high.
So there is no real answer or advice somebody can give you because no one knows how you can take a set. -
If you can‘t get you steps in don‘t worry manipulate through more cardio or calories decrease that does the job 🙂

If you have a late night meal thats probably the reason why.
Don‘t overthink if your day goes that long you will still meet your macros you do not have to have meal 1 by wake if you don‘t feel like it. -
as you are going to do the bloodwork i have a question .. where do you find your estrogen is optimal for you? mine is 125 pg/ml on cruise dose and i don’t know if its to much for cruise dose of test ????
It always depends if you do an Ai or not I never did an estrogenblocker and always was in the normal range

A lot of mobilty work stretching and massage tissue work will help you with this one. But first ☝️ if it‘s that chronic get it looked after by a doc.

Morning guys today there’s a push session coming up lter in the day.
Today I will take bloods to check where I am at after 5 weeks on cruise.
Later in the day also going for a deep tissue massage so busy day ahead;) -
