No separate drinks just finish your intracarbs mid session and fill the bottle up with water for the rest of the session and for cardio.

That sounds good as long as you recover very well so do not worry too much about such small things.
take the sleep if you need it and how it fits your daily routine. -
My go to for meal one is porridge:
oats
eggwhites
whole eggs
whey isolate
frozen berries
ricemilk
and peanutbutterbut that‘s just me I love it.

weighed 113kg this morning.
Progressed a lot of numbers today at legday which made me very happy 5th week on cruise.

I am with claire if you prep it’s part if the progress that’s why not everyone can do a compprep imo. Because of tbe tricky mind games you sometimes have to face.

If you recover well and you progress your logbook I wouldn‘t advise to take in another compound just for“trying“ If you get your hands on all the compounds to early it will diminish your progress later on.

Back to my normal routine 🙂 waking up at 07:00 am doing my morningwalk and later some client appointment.
Just another day of rest to get my mind prepared for the upcoming legsession tomorrow. -
If you do restpause sets, dropsets or supersets at the beginning of your training you will probably fatigue the surrounding muscle groups too much to progress at the following exercises.

add the overhead into another rotation or stop doing restpause sets in the first exercise.
Switch to Straight sets and you will progress at the overhead as well as in the hs incline. -
Was a good trip and we produced a lot of content for our german channel imp and youtube . Time to get some english offseason footage for trained by jp here 🙂 ????????????

last set trippledropset
-dumbell rows 3 sets 35s,45s,55s
-2 supersets tbarrow with cable pullovers.Pump was insane but after 2 sets i was pumped as fuck????
