Weight was 249lbs day I flew here Thursday but has dropped back to 247 today just from all the moving around etc.
No changes to food. I am feeling very full come the end of the week now with the insulin.
Still managing a shoulder problem.
You are travelling a lot matey 🙂 very cool but is this because of your job or just for vacation?

Shaving 1-2 days out so apparently 24-30 hours away of stagetime and you should be fine. The wet shaving is always a bit irritating the skin so be careful when you shave.

For everybody it‘s very individual just try and error take cardio up if it‘s too fatiguing cardio down amd drop carbs. Personally I would always take more output and stay with the food its your fuel for the workout

80 g oats and 2 scoop isolate will be more filling than a bagel with the egg whites I think. But tr to volumize the food woth green veggies eggwhites and some stuff into the oats like locust bean flour if you can digest it 🙂 hope this helps matey✌️

He is also a very good natural coach 🙂 so we both talk about ideas to get better but we are both very basic 😉 and this is what I love basic hard work no rocketscience.

I think it‘s very person depended if it works for you and which dosage it‘s a try and error thingy.
I also noticed it increased the deafness feeing in my wrist . Which got operated everytime I took gh it got unbearable could hardly sleep and cbd did nothing good to it.
So I think I am the only person which has negative experience with it. That‘s why i said very person depended. -
So whats up guys yesterday was pretty stressful due to flying out to germany then renting a car and driving to the apartment getting everything in place.
But we ended the day with a very very good sushi with viola and adolf.
Today we are fresh and ready to train.
We are training shoulders and tris
but cool thing adolf asked me about progressive overload so we will train my style and tomorrow I want to train his volume kind of style for backday just looking into others routines and maybe taking something out for yourself.
Constantly learing and improving 🙂 -
I would start off with trIng out your plan for at least 4-5 weeks and if everything goes in the right direction and you digest everything well just stay with it.
But you said you are training later in the evening so this coule be a wise schedule:
1.pro fat veg
2.pro fat veg
3pro carb veg
4.prew pro carb
maybe intra carbs
5.pwo pro carbs
is always a good choice ???? -

If you have a busy schedule always go for bigger meals so you have much more time to focus on the things you have to do on that given day. If you still digest the big meals well and they do not give you discomfort something as bloating stomachache or so on, taking extra supps would be a waste of money.
If you do experience discomfort I have very good experience with Caricol(papaya extract) sticks, and digest gold from amazon. makes me immediately feel better.

Don‘t think there are evidence based studies around that would say that this is true. As the other mentioned if an area still holds water/fat you just habe to diet down more/longer to get lean in all areas.
Cardio helps by creating a decent deficit but also direct glut or whatever area you still hold fat will help. More muscle = less fat. -
Today nothing special just a well needed restday and an early flight to germany where Katharina and I will stay till sunday as written above train with 2 friends and enjoy time together????

I am with Hilly good training and a healthy diet will
improve BG levels drastically. Depends on the person but in my experiences it does.
