    maybe a type error Kgmass but defo dont do 25mg, they mostly come in 1mg and 2mg tabs and have a groove half way down so they snap in half. if u defo go with caber then start with 0.5mg e3d n re-check ur blood profile maybe after 2 or 3 weeks this part im not too clued up how soon to re-test

    Do you not see the DOT i put before .25

    if you are jumping into caber, start low as possible like .25mg

    I wouldnt even touch it unless you had high prolactin sides.

    I ran accutane when i was in HS for 5months, face is always super clear but my shoulders/back still break out, most likely due to how much i sweat and wearing an undershirt. Just fyi on accutane.

    I see people doing it ED, EOD, Training days etc. Do you find one way works best or which one do you prefer the most?

    hey jordan, with your 5iu of hgh, do you split it at all or do you just take it all upon waking?

    Thoughts on splitting it am/pm, does it make a difference in your mind? Whats your preference on taking it?

    Lol yeah, i was going to say I had to do it one looser than i would if i was doing a heavy squat or DL

    Do you feel this will help your midsection? I know ronnie was doing it at the end of his career.

    hey luke odd question, saw in the newest chest video you guys are wearing a belt too, How tight are you wearing these things? I know james said the tightest it goes, man thats hard to train in for the full session.

  • Should be upping the food to retain as much weight as possible. Youll lose some water weight but you shouldnt be dropping a ton of muscle on a cruise phase if you are eating and training right

    end of prep bloods arent gonna look super stellar lol. Id go for the test/npp. Those two drugs arent super hard on the body unlike the prep drugs, youd probably be fine running it for 4-6week rebound than cruising a good amount or till bloods are back to range.

    yup, the prop could be dropping out if you are doing it every 3days, causing influx’s in blood levels. switch to EOD or switch esters.
