Id for sure go SBD over Iron rebel. Theyre the same price range.

I use SBD and i absolutely love them, theyre neoprene instead of the ply material. Theyre more expensive though. I used single ply sleeves before these and i like they SBDs more.

I always thought weighing cooked meats/rice cooked was the way to do it Corinne. So if you cook say 8oz chicken it loses water weight so you really arent eating 8oz of meat, does that make sense? leasts thats the way i always thought about it. Only thing i thought people measure dry was oats lol. im curious now if ive been wrong this whole time.

Delts tend to subq leak more easily than other groups, atleast for me they do. Make sure you are using an 1′ unless you are really lean you maybe able to get away with a shorter pin. pull it out more slow and leave the pin in there for a few seconds.
Also as mentioned pinning after a shower is the best imo

Yes, you shouldn’t really have touched the drugs till you put some time in and learned to eat and train properly in the first place.
You can still grow as a natural.

You can start with sust and switch to your cyp, essentially all you are doing is dropping the prop by going to cyp. Its not like youre going from Prop to cyp.

We are all our own experiment. Low test higher nandro gives some people 0 sides with libido, others it tanks it. Its all user dependent. Just have to try some different variations out and find what works best for you.
A lot of people say higher test with tren gives them worst sides vs test being lower.

you could back off gear and probably be fine, up the food, make sure training is on point, and reaccess from there

I know luke for instance does his 2nd push day with more machines for chest, i believe JP rotates in difference movements for his push day too, i dont think they are doing the same days over and over. Their is some sort of variation.
