Hi Sasan thanks for your reply brother!

I never tried EQ over the 5 years on gear and wanted to experiment and see how I would react to it.

I have no issues to just use test alone none at all honestly. I wanted to feel how I respond to this drug and see how others go about it for my knowledge and their experiences before I make a decision that EQ might not be something I can tolerate. first time ratio was 1:075 and severly crashed me so I am trying the upper range of 3:1 and see if that will make a difference. I asked becasue I read that irregardless of test dose that effect will still be there. Dont want to believe what anything is said online thought id ask people with more experience πŸ™‚

    Hey Bro,

I fell you man. It sucks when that happens and I was in a similar situation as where you are. Shit happens no need to beat yourself for it. I love FB training more than any other type of training but you will reach a point where it just doesnt work anymore and that is fine. I am here to tell you its totally okay for it not to work. I would shift to Upper lower and I would try to do as less as humanly possible while making progress. this could be just 3-4 sets of each muscle as a start. pick a coumpound lift start with 1 set and 1 isolation for each muscle,

    Eg:

    Upper

    1 chest compound x 6-10 reps

    1 Fly x 10-15

    1 Shoulder compound x 6-10 reps

    1 side delt x 10-15

    1 horizontal row x 6-10

    1 vertical row x 6-10

    1 arm x 10-15

    lower

    1 Quad compound x 6-10

    1 quad iso x 10-15

    i ham compound x 6-10

    1 ham iso x 10-15

    1 calf x 10-15

take a rest day and repeat the same with different exercises with the same structure. just keep redoing the same, it may look so little but its a start. once things start rolling, add a second set and see how that works. Dont think about volume think about that 1 set and fully sending it and showing up the next time and do the same. it will take a couple of week 1-4 to notice a change. be patient it will dial in with time. At 17, I understand the noise from all social media and how that can influence your thought process and feel like you arent doing enough. But thats all it is, just noise dont entertain it. This is perfect time for you to create something that is unique for you. Hope this helps buddy!

    Hey Man,

I would try to split the dose into daily injects and see how that feels. If using Enanthate, mayble try CyP if issue still persists. My experience with EQ crashed the living crap out of my E2 and felt like crap. Nathaniel’s response is solid I would do exaclty that if daily injections or CYP doesnt make a difference

    Hey Man,

Whatever number you plan to start with, keep in mind there will come a time where more calories will have to be pulled out. if you are starting your cut and already have 150g of carbs rest days, in 3-4 drops that will yield to 0. I would start the highest amounts possible keeping in mind that food will have to keep going lower and lower as the cut progresses. I personally wouldn’t follow what the apple watch says on what your intake should be as it is not accurate. There’s tons of calculators online to establish a starting point i would try to first figure out what your maintenace is at this current point and start there. Gear looks fine, if the amount youre taking is doing the job, keep at it and only increase/reduce based on how you feel and how your blood work looks as the fatloss progresses. Remember you have many tools, don’t deploy all from the get go. Hope this helps!

Indeed bro! for the past 5 years all I did was just experiment with different dosages while i do agree the dosages are high, it was the first time actually going above 1g of total gear. Funny enough after 1g of test my libido seemed to just lit up haha. when i was on sub 750 libido was trash over 1g it got better which maid me really question this whole E2:T ratio. Buut more data collected, new things learned and better eperimentations to come. Now the only thing that comes to mind is do I go based on just feel and bloods? I felt really good when dosages where low sub300 and felt like shit anything over that until the 2g total whch i felt amazing. Tried again and pushed up to 2.4 felt awesome. Above 2.5g I again felt like shit. It’s really mind blowing.

    Thanks Hilly!

I have been wanting to also add in NPP in with the mix but after trying it myself, I have always found that it wrecks my prolactin until I read what JP has experimented with lower test and higher nandrolone. I like how you have laid it out so this will definetly be a perfect starting point. A friend of mine recomended front loading P5P 2 weeks prior to adding nandrolone and reported that it worked really well for most of the guys he has coached. I am now confident to try this! thanks once again

    Hi Nathan,

Absolutely love this! I do agree everyone is different but after finally understanding how my body reacts to everything else aside from EQ, the fear in me doesnt want to go through the extensive trial phase I did in the past. Especially with EQ taking longer I guess thats where my confusionw as at. Thanks man!

    Hi Nicolas,

Where is the herniation? I had herniated L4-L5, L5-S1 and mild stenosis also on l5-S1. pain sucks but can be easily managed. i fixed myself back in 2016 after getting injured. I am not sure if you can fix yours but I know you can reduce pain significantly to allow you to get back to training. PS i never used any drugs so you probably dont need to. Get a big band, hang on pull up bar and wrap it around hip and hang upside down like spiderman or if you can afford an inversion table or the gravity boots theyd work too. this helped me with immeadiate relief. Next was working on Psoas/Hip flexors tightness and that pushed the pain down to 30%. Hope that can help buddy!

Just want to say you seem to think well about your training. I hope to be able to experiment / learn from my training like you do, and as I see pros do so on here.

Thank you! I have been training since 2012 starting as a powerlifter for more than 10 years. I am one of those guys that doesnt like much noise in the industry and understood early on that everything works but most are biased on a specific thing and try to pubilicize for financial gain. Throught powerlifting I learnt to stay locked in and it was until i started following JP i gained more confidence in focusing more on quality rather than quantity. Keep trying and trying do not be afraid of doing less than what others are doing.

Thanks Louis! i have started adding the tempos and that has made it harder. I enjoy the rest pauses I see that on the 2nd or 3rd failure point (I just do 3 points) I would actually feel like I am pushing really hard. In my head that first set was like a pre-exaust set because I would bang out 20 reps before actually pushing to failure.

Hey Man! Much thanks for taking the time to reply back.

Firstly, i am not payed as I mentioned he is a friend. I have already practiced before as mentioned for every high day weve experimented everything and found that on the 3rd day after his high day thats when he would look the leanest, sharpest and also loaded. the questions I shared at the top is for my own growth and understanding. I am still in the process of learning various things which is why I dont charge yet unless i have more experienced. I have already asked countless people I know so I can understand how the do things. Every coach has a different way to go about and I intend to have some information from everyone as a tool I could use someday in the future. Please consider the questions generic for knowledge purpose only.

Im concerned your guiding some one in to a show and asking if there is any point in some of this stuff TBh.

Yes at least 75% of the time water manipulation to some extent brings about a better look – so a big point.

Sodium manipulation – 90% of the time I am not a fan of this as it can ruin a physique much quicker than it can improve one –

determining a fat load and carb load amount would come from your data during prep – when you did practices upping fats did it improve he look – when you did trial loads / refers how many carbs did you use.

When you did some water manipulation during your trial loads/peak week plan did you not gather all of this information ? If you did not then there is your major mistake.

As none of us can really help you now – its going to come down to what you have learned of the clients body so far and then how good your eye is based on experience etc day to day –

You should be able to gauge the look from day to based on how it changes throughout the day – what the weight does from Am to PM day to day and how it moves from the weigh in weight –

Thank you for your reply Hilly!

Yes i have tried prior refeeds. i have tried 650 carbs, 750, 850 and I also tried 800 + a cheatmeal. he would always look sharper the the day after next. So thursday refeed, saturday looks full and pumped friday, not really. I didnt notice any changes with the cheatmeal since it was fat loaded. the normal structure we ran was very very low fat two days after hed look perfect. we are 2 weeks out now he is alot leaner compared to his last show with another coach. he was this lean 3 days out last show so we have plently of wiggle room.

I understand my questions seem abit odd but we didnt get much practice as he wasnt lean enough back then and the timeline was short. For some reason I am unable to upload the pictures here. Am I missing something?

Hey Nathan, do you keep T4 on year round? Also any reason why you don’t add t3 in the mix?
