Generally nothing to be concerned about unless you are having symptoms of low testosterone. TBJP natural stack is a very good addition

A very busy day for me yesterday and a very quiet day for me today! Yesterday i trained glutes and had cardio but my legs after getting laser hair removal were pretty bad. I had a really bad reaction to it (which isnt common but can happen) and due to that wearing leggings and sweating was not a great idea. Anyway the session was good, i hit my usual variations of glute kickbacks on the cables, followed by the abductor machine, the glute bridge machine, a glute kickback machine and finished off with some shoulder laterals. I have always struggled to connect with my shoulders and so always resorted to doing single arm shoulder lateral raises. My traps seem to take over in every exercise i do for them.

We had a party for Mr Chow (yes my dog) in the evening! it was also our friends birthday and he hadn’t planned anything so we invited him too! we had a house of 8 and everyone ordered sushi and we got a huge cheese cake from the cheese cake factory for every one to share.

I was very well behaved and didn’t have any sushi or cheesecake! i stuck to my planned meals for the day and had a great evening all the same.

I had a rest day today and it was a great one. Not much rest involved but lots walking, good company, shopping and sight seeing.

It was mainly a rest day due to me getting my first round of laser hair removal this morning. They recommended not training / sweating for 24 hours after the laser removal which I can 100% see why now as my legs especially are covered in raised red bumps and blotches and are super sensitive. The pain swelling should go down in 24-48 hours so I’m hoping to wake up tomorrow and it be better and not worse .. hopefully.

The rest of the day I spent with my two friends who are visiting from Germany / U.K. they wanted to go to the mall so we did a whole tourist mall trip, they saw the aquarium, the fountains, the fountain show, the burg in the day and night setting and we got some good food, coffee and shopping done too. It was such a wholesome day and I really enjoyed it.

Anywhere between 150-300mg. Start at 150 like you have been doing and assess

That’s very low fats, only 19 grams for the day. I’d suggest increasing that for sure.

If you’re struggling to digest a lot of carbs potentially think about adding in some cyclic dextrin during training

And also how are you making your cream of rice, that’s very easy to eat and digest, if you’re struggling to eat it, perhaps you’re preparing it wrong and not making it the right texture

Leg session today and i all honesty i was not feeling too great going into it, ive been waking up and going to sleep with a really sore throat the last few days and today my tonsils have been pretty bad all day. Luckily it doesn’t effect me training just makes my throat feel nasty. I had a pretty good quads session regardless and squatted 140kg (2 sets x 8 reps) followed by 100kg (2 sets x 12 reps) supersetted with sissy squat, then hip press which moved really well considering it was post squats and hit 5PPS (2 sets x 12 reps). After those two exercises i hit some leg extension, adductor and calves and finished off with 20 minutes of stairs.. After training quads that hit quite hard but it was manageable.

Bit of an unorganised day today, planned and ready for it to be a busy one but did not plan for my meal prep to not show up! 🥲 So with only have COR and Protein in the house i had to order and cook all my meals today which, once being used to 2 minute, ready to eat meals, was really time consuming and they didn’t taste the best after months of not making anything! I tracked my calories so it wasn’t too bad and fingers crossed my meals will be delivered as normal from tomorrow.

It’s important to remember to not compare yourself to people who are assisted. You say you’ve kept up with diet and training for 7 years, so progress particularly as a natural will not be that quick

Had a hamstring, shoulder & ab workout today, kind of an accessory day but was really good none the less. Hamstrings only consisted of machine work as i don’t want to over stress my back on days i’m not deadlifting so i used the seated, lying and standing hamstring curl followed by two side lateral raise machine and dumbbell lateral raises. For abs i tried a new exercise which consisted of me lying down on my back and attaching my feet to a cable machine using my ankle cuffs. I moved away far enough to create tension with my legs stretched out and reached out to hold the other side of the cable machine with my hands. The movement consisted of me bringing my legs up to my chest in a crunch and slowly releasing them back down. It felt really great and could feel the whole ab contraction throughout the movement too!

Mix in the vial to dilute the concentration. Just make sure you filter the grape seed oil before use.

A rest day for me today, spent doing mainly work, cleaning and walking the dog! i decided to do 30 mins on the treadmill downstairs in our apartment gym as i didn’t train today and can’t warrant spending 2.5 hours traveling to B1 to do cardio. I also only have cardio 4x a week so today was just a little extra.

Tomorrow i am training legs again and they are just about recovered.

Today was an exciting day, i decided to start my cut today as i didn’t see the need to wait until Monday and prolong it. I’m on 4 meals a day including 2 shakes and a banana and 4 x 20 mins of cardio a week to start off. I will run that for 2 weeks and see where my weight ends up. I weighed myself this morning and was sitting at 83.5kg exactly! This cut isn’t to get into crazy condition just more of a clean up and to strip me back to a good body composition from which i can grow and gain muscle onto.

I trained glutes today which wasn’t as fun as usual because my legs were ruined from yesterday’s leg session so hurt a lot for 3/5 exercises. Not as bad as the 20 mins of stairs i had to endure after haha but i do love stair master, cardio in general actually. I will keep updating my weight and will also follow up with some progress photos too, id like to think 78 kg will be a nice level of leanness to achieve in 6 weeks and then probably drop down to 76/7kg at a push.

Hgh cashes a decrease in bg a short while after initial administration, – however causes insulin resistance and bg levels to be elevated over longer timeframes

Leg day today and in honesty its been my first good, all out session in about 2 weeks and i can already feel it! Trained about 6 hours ago and can already feel my quads aching! I start a controlled diet tomorrow for 6 weeks to clean up a little and get my cardio up. I think calories will sit around 2500 with 4 x 20 min cardio sessions a week. I am using a meal prep which will make things a lot easier and more enjoyable!

This is where visual changes are key. And it’s important to regularly take photos of your check ins, so you can assess whether you’re making steps forward in condition even if the scale weight doesn’t change much
