Today has been a mad day of traveling. Up at 4am, flew around 7/8am and landed in the UK for 12pm. Headed to my hotel in Manchester and spent the afternoon in the Manchester picking up some bits from shops i don’t have access to in Dubai and catching up with a friend. I didn’t train today and having an early night but i plan to hit a legs session tomorrow.

I’d recommend just pacing yourself more or increasing cardiovascular fitness, bad ventilation shouldn’t have a massive impact on your performance

Depends on if it’s a comp prep or just a tidy up. Comp prep for sure it has its benefits for maintaining strength, muscle retention and increased cosmetic effect. But for a tidy up phase, you should be easily able to reach your desired look without hammering the drugs

Such a busy day for me today, i had to take the dog to the vets this morning and then i had to take him to get groomed before i went away. Sounds silly but if i leave him in Max’s care for a week he wont look or smell like a dog any more by the time i get back haha. I then packed, i started last night but i wasnt very successful as i had a lot that was still being washed and dried so finished it off today, worked, went to the gym for a quick 1 hour glutes session which was better than nothing and now im doing some last bits before waking up at 4am to catch my flight back to the UK. I am planning on training at FLF or somewhere close to Manchester centre for the few days i’m there.

Leg session today and we hit an American style wellness legs program with one of my friends from the gym! There were 3 of us in total training and i am so glad there was because i seriously needed the rest time between sets and exercises haha. We focused a lot more on execution and form but we did add some pretty big weights to the session too.
leg extension, leg press, smith machine heel elevated squats, smith machine split squats and adductor. 3 sets each exercise for around 30 reps (usung different variations).
It was a lot of fun and it burned like crazy! tomorrow is my last day in Dubai for a while as i am traveling for just shy of 2 weeks but i plan to smash out some hams and glutes.

(tried posting this yesterday but there were some difficulties)
Yesterday i had my friend Kristie visit for the day, she is over here for a week but spent the first night with me for a catch up and it was so nice to see her! We went to the gym together and hit glutes and hamstrings. It was the first time she had tried out the nordic curl and she loved it! its honestly such a good machine, so smooth and the best engagement i have with my hamstrings out of most exercises. We were on a 1.5 hour schedule given traffic so we fired through the workout at a very good speed and the consistency was and pace was really nice to travel at, i think i am going to try and aim for this again next glutes and hams session. If exercises arn’t especially taxing there should be no reason to have prolonged rest times.
Max flew in at 3am this morning so yesterday i was up at 5am for Kristie and up at 4am today for Max. Luckily today is my rest day, so ive managed to get a load of work done and didn’t need to train.

Sounds like it could be a nerve impingement issue. Deffo go get it looked at with a physio/specialist first

Any use of anabolics with metformin outweighs any mtor or igf downregulation that may occur to negligible levels

Great leg session today, have spent the last few days by myself as Max was in Columbia and now in the UK and i had a friend stay with me until a few days ago. It’s actually been really nice to spend some time alone, although i think i would drive myself crazy if i had to do every day. I have got a ton of work done though and had a great squat session.
It was a headphones on get shit done kinda session and i took 1.5 scoops of DNFM which seemed like a good idea, then felt like a bad idea and then felt like a good idea once it had worn off a little and i didn’t feel like running to the moon and back 😅 A nice single on 200kg today which is awesome for me, my form and technique is so much better and i am squatting high bar now so that’s an added bonus as before i was only reaching those numbers low bar which does make it easier.
200kg for 1 was my heavy single, i then backed it down to 150kg x 15 which i was stoked about, 120kg x 15 and 100kg x 2 (2 sets) super setted with sissy squats. I spend around an hour on squats and after that my legs were pretty fried. I only did leg extension, adductor and calves to finish off my quad day.

Yesterday was a rest day for me and i was pretty wiped out from being awake from 4.30am. My friend was heading back to the UK and had an early flight so i wanted to say goodbye to her as the next time ill see her is in June. I didn’t get up to anything too fun yesterday just working and did a lot of cleaning around the house. I did however get a chance to take my measurements and my quads are now at 28″ – i am super happy with that because i am the same weight and my mid section has remained pretty tight so im really happy with that progress during this off season and i still have some definition in my quads too.

Yesterday was the last day my friend was in Dubai, she had been here the last 8 days and we have had such a lovely time, letting our hair down, having fun, seeing friends but still training and getting very good training sessions in. Yesterday was a leg day , i didn’t train with her as she didn’t want to do my crazy squats day but i did train with Cynthia and we we did go crazy on legs. Yesterday it was 100kg for 6 sets of 20reps super setted with 20 reps of BW sissy squats.
That took up the majority of the session and we hit leg extension, adductor and calves for the remaining session.

4iu is fine for most, only way you’re going to truly know is try it for a month and assess the changes. But long the negative effects you’re talking about generally don’t come about at that dosage

Glutes session yesterday was HARD! My glutes seemed to be fully recovered from previous training but they were pretty sore when i started off light, it wasn’t really an issue as it was more of a dull ache which in some ways helped when it came to mind muscle connection on the lighter exercises like cables. I joined my friend and another girl for glute drive as there is only one in B1. It was pretty brutal but love being pushed by someone else. Today ive got legs and it should be a pretty mad one.

Yesterday was a pretty chilled day for me! I had a pretty busy Friday and Saturday so it was good to not have too much planned for yesterday. I do have around 10 days before i head back to the UK and fly off to Orlando and Miami for 12 days so i am going to make the most of my training until then. I am only in Manchester for 3 days and can train there easily and i am staying with friends in Orlando who have an entire gym kitted out with Eleiko, watson and some more well known brands. Miami is going to be the only hard place to train at and i am there for 6 days so as long as i can plan to get 2/3 sessions in it should be perfect.
I have been traveling a lot recently and absolutely loving it. Understandably anyone taking an Offseason at 100% or anyone on prep would not be able to do that optionally whilst traveling but right now i am enjoying growing, training daily, eating well but also living life. I have every intention and capability to flick the switch when the time is right and i am ready.

Duration is dependant on your side effects, however even though studies have shown large doses for prolonged period of time to be relatively safe. It will have an effect on your performance, sleep quality ect. Most people run it anywhere from 8-12 weeks quite safely.
Taurine and potassium are wise to use as clen does increase risk of cramps
