Some sort of Nordic curl that you can fashion out of a smith and have your feet planted under

Have a heavy bar across both knees whilst squatting down on tip toes

Place foot high on a box and Have a band that pulls backwards on the joint where your foot meets the bottom of your leg.

Basically anything that you can hold and overload acutely the angle that your foot is compared to your leg

Awesome leg session today. I wasn’t meant to train legs today but I have glutes scheduled tomorrow so it was either take another rest day or train and I felt recovered enough so I went for a big squat session followed by some light accessory work.

Upped the weight a bit today and plan to add a few heavier reps in once a week.

    Today was:

    180kg for 1 double.

    140kg for 2 sets x 15 reps

    120kg for 1 sets x 15 reps

    100kg x 1 sets x 20 reps

    80kg x 2 sets x 20 reps – drop set with sissy squats.

The session was brutal but nothing a scoot of DNFM can’t help with!

Rest day for me today. Glad to be feeling pretty much back to normal at last. I’m surprised that my legs don’t hurt from yesterdays session as it was a brutal one and had prepared myself for some nasty DOMs today and haven’t got any.

Tomorrow I’m starting a hamstring focused day and adding it into my weekly routine.

Finally feel better today.. touch wood! As i think I’ve maybe said that twice so far and I’ve got ill again 😂 but I do think I’m through the worst of it now and I was able to absolutely smash a leg session with my wellness friend and absolute machine Cynthia. Our squat portion of the session was sickening.

    2 x 12 @ 140kg

    2 x 20 @ 100kg

    1 x 20 @ 100kg super setted with sissy squat. This repeated with 80kg and 60kg.

It was brutal and even 60kg felt heavy for me by the end of the exercise.

We finished up with single leg hip press, leg extension, adductor and calves.

Studies have shown alpha-lipoic acid (ala) to be effective in somewhat reducing carpal tunnel syndrome. Try that for a few weeks and see if you get any alleviation of pain

Well i thought i was on the mend from this virus that i have had the last week but today i woke up after 7 hours sleep and after getting breakfast and doing a few hours of work i was absolutely knackered. I never sleep during the day and not one to take naps ever but today i needed to go for a lie down so at 11am i took myself off for an hours nap and woke up at 5pm 🥲 Although that wasnt ideal my body definitely needed the rest. I ended up training for 6.30pm and luckily as i was up at 6.30 i was able to get quite a bit of work done in the first 4 hours.

Tomorrow i am on legs and squats again and hopefully can get 140kg for some great reps.

Felt better today thankfully. A few rough days and a few unscheduled rest days later we are back training and feeling around 70%.

My glutes and Hammies session wasn’t amazing but I got it done, worked through all my sets and picks slightly different rEP ranges to suit how I was feeling. A heavy glute drive wasn’t really on the cards for me today so we changed the rep range from 6-8 to 12 -15.

Tomorrow I’m back on legs !

No need for it at all, keep stress levels minimised during push phases. You don’t want to be using clen in the off-season and prep phases. Save it for prep

Instead of doing 500mg of test, break that down in future into 250/300 test the rest primo/mast and 5mg of cialis a day is what I’d recommend going forward

Second rest day today – not planned but I know when my body doesn’t want to be pushed and today was one of them. Felt slightly worse than yesterday but felt s little better towards the afternoon. Felt very weak and had a lot of muscle aches today along with a very bad stomach and other flu like symptoms.

I’ll assess how I feel tomorrow and I may train in the afternoon. Plan to get a good 8 hours sleep.

Depends on how long it’s formed. But generally if it’s been a while, surgery is the typically the only option to completely get rid

Took an unplanned rest day today, was meant to be tomorrow but i’ve somehow managed to come down with Bali belly 4 days after coming back from Bali 🥲 Usually people will get bali belly from drinking the water in bali, either due to something like the local rice being cooked with it or ice cubes in drinks so on.. We were extremely careful but about 2 days ago i started getting a ill. it could all be a massive coincidence of course and i could have picked up something on the flight back but seems very likely that i could have had something at the airport.

With that being said i have just taken today easy as its been the worst day so far, hopefully tomorrow will be better and not worse, in that case i can train glutes as planned but i will play it by ear.
