Busy day of traveling today, nothing too exciting but we did fly from Singapore to Bali and got here in one piece. The villa we are staying in is absolutely beautiful and its so nice to see our friends after so long.. we have people from Australia, Canada, the US and the UK here.

Tomorrow we are getting up pretty early as we have a busy day planned! I would like to train in the afternoon but I am not that fussed if its pushed back a day as we got a great leg session in yesterday and my quads are still burning from it.

Hgh does help when dieting for the affect of fatty acid mobilisation / you will typically see people use 1-1.5iu pre fasted cardio for optimal effect

Switch to dips instead – then there is no issue with this happening

Last full day in Singapore today! It’s a really beautiful place and I wish we had more time to explore but what we have seen of it has been amazing! Today we went to a gym called strength Masters gym which actually stocks all TBJP supplements and clothing. It’s a super cool gym with all prime equipment and very professional and clean.

    I had a great leg session repping out 130kg x 20 / 120kg x 20 and 100kg x 20.

They felt a little on the harder side but the temperature here is still high and it is humid.

Tomorrow we travel to bali and we are there for a week 🙂

Pancreas does not get shut down or affected by exogenous insulin use – else you’d see type 2 diabetics who use insulin having to use more and more insulin to offset this shutdown – when in fact they remain relatively stable

Lantus is a great introduction to insulin use, as it’s very easy to recognise the slow onset of hypo as opposed to fast acting

Checking in from Singapore, 4 hours ahead of Dubai and 8 hours ahead of the U.K.

the times are still messed up for me as it’s 2am here and I’m not tired so may take a few days to get into a good sleeping routine.

We didn’t train today as we arrived at 8 in the morning. so we went straight for a sleep and ojt with our friends for the evening.

tomorrow we have a busy morning planned and then we are going to train legs in the afternoon.

Gaining phase should last until insulin sensitivity becomes compromised and rate of fat accumulation as opposed to muscle becomes unwarranted – so monitor your bg levels regularly.

And you should hold your bodyweight for a little while before going into a deficit/tidy up

Woke up early this morning to get a lot done. Our car broke down yesterday so we had to take that into the garage first thing. We know what’s up with it so we will have to wait until we are back to fix it.

We then trained early around 11am which is a few hours before we usually train. I actually really liked the vibe of the gym at that time. It felt like a good time to get a workout in without being interrupted.

Trained glutes and got an awesome pump. I get such a great connection with cable work now and have re introduced heavy hip thrusts on the glute drive and a big drop set to finish off.

Max and I are now sat on the plane heading to Singapore. The flight isn’t too bad around 7 hours which is similar to the U.K. from us. It’s going to be a night flight so will be pretty tired tomorrow but we plan to get a decent workout in around mid day and then go out with our friends in the evening.

Dead simple, find an exercise that is easy to set up, not a pain in the ass to do. Can progressively overload in a way that is easy to do / and simply to escalate progression.

Stressful rest day for us today! We had a pretty busy day planned as we fly to Singapore tomorrow evening, however our close friend who has only recently flew out here hasn’t yet been able to get residency and the tourist visas have changed from 90 day to 30 day. In order to extend them you have to cross the boarder in Oman, get your passport stamped and then make a U turn and come back, the catch is you can’t cross the boarder in a taxi or hire care and here you can’t purchase a car without being a resident so he needed someone to drive him. It was a pretty decent road trip to be fair, i would much rather do it here than in the UK but we left at 10 and didnt get back till 4 so it took up the best part of our day and we have just spent the rest of the day starting and finishing packing haha. All done now though and today was a rest day so it was planned out well. Now we can go about tomorrow with little stress and train in the morning before leaving.

Depends on which machines you have access to. It’s hard to say as we don’t know what brand/make of machine you have. Some can be improved by Doing that, – others such as prime prices are already excellent and won’t benefit.

Likely something else is causing it, or you’re overthinking. This time of year also makes people feel quite depressed with the weather

Today was a little backwards but I made it work! The original plan was to train at train beach club and have a few hours relaxing but I was totally unorganised and I forgot ONE of my knee sleeves and my lifting belt so we decided go flip the day around.

We stayed for 4 hours at the beach club, we had some really nice protein smoothies and I caught up with my friend that’s over from Canada. Then max and I went to the gym for 6:30 and got back for 10pm so it was a long, late session but a one. I hit a quad focused workout today but didn’t go hard this session. 105kg 4×20 on squat with around 2 minute rest time between.

I see cables snapping when there is little to no control of the eccentric and the handle/attachment is moved too quickly for the weight to drop in time causing the cable to lose tension in it. It then snaps when the weight causes the cable to tension quickly when jt catches up.

Basically there is little risk in the cable snapping of the reps are slow and controlled even with a gym pin

Just finished up an awesome training session with two other wellness girls, its currently 11pm here and we have only just got back! It was a late session but it all honesty i am starting to like the later sessions as i have a lot of energy and that was needed today! Cynthia was brutal with todays workout, our glutes are truly fried. We really focused on cables and hip drive today and they were seriously enough by them self but we also added 4 other exercises on top of that too!

Tomorrow we are heading to train beach club which has its own gym and has a pretty good leg set up so im planning to hit a squat/leg day there before chilling for the afternoon with some friends.
