Some people can build phenomenal chests from it / for example james hollingshead resllt connects well and gets great development from a bench press – but others may need something a little more specific.

Busy household and very busy day today! We took our friends out to the desert in the Jeep and had our own mini photoshoot out there which was a lot of fun, we then came back and i some how got sun stroke so i had to have an hours lie down, we then hit the gym solo as our friends had traveled from Canada and the jet lag hit them pretty hard. I had a great session, it was a leg day but i gave squats a rest today and did the squat machine, swing squat and hip press as my three main quad movements. I ideally want to be squatting as much as possible but i didn’t feel as recovered from my las t leg session as i wanted to be so i played it safe and glad i did.
We then went to global village for the evening with our friends and only recently got back. There is so much to see and do there and its a great place to visit in the evening with the lights making the atmosphere amazing.
Tomorrow we are training with Cynthia, the women who i have trained glutes with twice before, and she is going to put us through our paces on a killer glute session.

Some people just react to androgens negatively, I know people that still get acne despite taking fantastic care of their hygiene and diet – bar accutane the only solution was to cease using anabolics

So we had rest day today as max injured himself yesterday during deadlifts and needed a day to rest. He’s feeling a lot better today but has deffo pulled some ligaments in his lower back. I think he will be fine to train as usual minus the deadlifts for a week or so but it was handy to have today as a rest day as i can train legs tomorrow and then on Monday i have a big glutes session with 2 wellness girls. I am buzzing for that and will be filming it too so you will either see it here or on my Social Media!
My mum arrived this morning and my friends arrived this evening so we have a full house for the next few days but all good fun and excited to spend some time with them all!

Today was pretty messed up due to another day of heavy rain. Most places would continue as usual in the rain but Dubai has very little drainage and doesn’t know how to deal with rain so everything was flooded, all the roads were cut off and no one knew how to drive on the roads that were safe to drive on 😅 we had to wait for the rain to die down later this afternoon to head to the gym. It was a glutes session for me which went well but I definitely prefer training them with someone else now.
Tomorrow my mum is flying in the morning and my friends are flying in in the evening. Busy day and a good few days of playing host haha.

It’s also a matter of being bothered to do them, as they’re often boring to do so are easily missed

Received from who? This cycle is very muddled, almost no thought behind it, just trying to use every anabolic in the book by the end of the 12 weeks

It’s much harder because it’s not just strength that needs to improve but cardio vascular fitness as well. 20 plus reps are another beast entirely, and a lot of factors have to line up to improve mainly mental fortitude.

Yesterday was an awesome day other than coming home to a huge leak in our apartment haha. It’s been raining here for the last 2 days and is meant to rain tomorrow too which is unheard of for Dubai. Before i arrived last year it hadn’t rained for 3 years straight and we have seen rain here about 12 times in the last 1.5 years.
Anyway i won’t spoil too much of yesterdays session as it was filmed and will be up on the site soon for everyone to watch. I did however get my 130kg x 20 on camera as well as my back down of 120kg x 20 and another on 100kg x 20. Julia did some awesome wrapped squats which you can watch for yourself and then together we smashed out a great leg session after squats. Julia really enjoyed it and so did i it was awesome to train with someone who is on your level of strength and that doesn’t ever happen for me, not with women anyway.
We went out for sushi after and that was so nice, i don’t think i picked up my phone once! We just chatted and it was so lovely.

Get to a point where you’re consistently at good bg readings, and a good HBA1C reading. Likely through lifestyle and body composition changes. Then add in GH, starting at 1iu and working way up and monitor bg readings

I had a rest day today as i would have trained legs but tomorrow i am training them with the one and only Julia Mills. Julia is the female powerlifter in the UK with hit a 600kg total in comp. She has an amazing deadlift of 240kg, a very impressive bench at 140kg and i have lost track of her squat as she has been training a lot in wraps and bare knee recently. Luckily we are squatting tomorrow, i will not be going near the heavier weights but i will hopefully catching my 130kg x 20 reps on film for you all! Julia will be doing her own squat set up and then i will be putting her through my normal leg day routine. It is being filmed for the site too so you will get an insight into my new leg day set up and Julias style of training.

Trained glutes today with Cynthia again! She said she had some more exercises to show me and I may have thought ‘cant be worse that last time’ and I was very wrong. I know because not only was the session brutal but my butt actually had a pulse the whole way home in the car 😅
She mainly focuses on form and technique accompanied by volume. However she chooses a weight that is significantly hard for the rep rep range we use and she seems to get the weight right every time. I honestly don’t feel like I could ,at that moment in time, do more than what she has set me on an exercise. The burn and connection is amazing and terrible at the same time but i would not complain because rewind a year and i couldn’t connect with my glutes with any exercise other than heavy heavy hip thrusts.
Tomorrow is a rest day and then Wednesday I have something excited planned. Or someone exciting that is coming to train with me.

Sometimes there isn’t nutritional reason, other than the fact that your body simply wants to sleep more when you’re heavier. – back in ancestral times we never used to sleep for 9 hours straight but rather have naps throughout each day.
You’ll find there are a lot of bodybuilders who have short naps as they get tired

No problem at all, just make sure you stay on top of keeping knees healthy as a basketball on top of bodybuilding can cause jumpers knee in a lot of people – so perhaps taking join in might be a good idea to do
