I would pull back the weights and start a new build up with more volume at lower weights and taper down volume as the weights go up.
Do a deload week and then pull a heavy single.
Have 2-3 reps to spare at all times.
Find your start weight and start from there.
Increasing in deadlifts is very possible at a slight cut, as long as it doesnt go too deep.
Strength is not about going to failure, it is somewhat different than bodybuilding.
