wouldn’t change anything. Cycle 2 was what I did in 2017-18 and it got me 2kg of quality size in 12 weeks. In hindsight it was too much and I was training like a pussy, so I would say Hilly is on the right track. perhaps 500 test, 400 npp and 500 primo?

Off season Eq is amazing. Best cycle I ever did was 750test, 300 deca and 600eq. Would not do it again but it was a wonderful cycle all the same.

May I ask why do you lower the clen before comp? Is it to prevent muscle stiffness? How do you feel about the 2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off approach?

I weigh carbs raw and I weigh meats cooked. I think this is the best way.

I’m gonna respectfully disagree with Matt. I think drop the orals, as they aren’t needed. Start with 400test, 200 deca. When you stall, up the food. When you stall again, increase to 600 test and 400 deca. I will never advocate orals outside of comp (this is a personal bias – anavar is the only oral I can see not affecting most people), always increase injectables.
Above all else – wait until the arm heals a little more if you can. Take the GH, it WILL help. I would say this is more important than the gear as without a healed bicep your training will suck balls.
I would also ask you to consider if your body is in a place where a cycle is justifiable – you say you’re soft, but how soft? For me, the bro scientist in me dictates where I usually start (with the exception of my most recent cycle as I was coming out of 6 months off gear because of surgeries and stomach/ colon ulcers); are my abs visible? If yes, cycle. If no, clean up before beginning.
Finally, change your pinning protocol to something a little more even.

When I was trying to repair my knee I tried MK. I didn’t trust any of my HGH sources so I figured MK would be close enough (combined with BPC and TB). Unfortunately by the time I was trying it I was on a cut and lasted 3 days. Hunger and hypo sweats damn near killed me. I can’t use on the off season (unless I was to use it with anadrol, which will never happen) because I’ll end up overeating.
TL;DR: use it if struggling to get meals in, otherwise it’s not worth it.

test primo npp is G2G, but I never would use tren outside of a comp prep.
Hi mate, so if you were in my position you would switch over? How long would you run the npp/ primo for? And may I ask, why is it you would not run tren outside of a comp prep? Thanks!

Hi mate, I had never any issues with digestion on tren and have opted to stay on and hold the primo and npp for next time. Feel good on this cycle, may increase dosages and see how I get on. In fact, my hunger and digestion has been so good the last 3 days that I may add something to try and kill my appetite a bit. Did a push day and ended up hitting 700g carbs with 500g protein purely because I could never get rid of the starving feeling and it all digested wonderfully.
