On the shorter end of tall at 6ft1 but the main thing I have to say is back squats are the devil and I would recommend avoiding them. Play around with a booster seat on the leg press, it could help.

I don’t know but honestly, I would just go for Nucleus Research instead. Been around a while and have a good rep. I can vouch for their GHRP6 personally.

For the sake of your health get over the fear of needles. Even if you faint, you’ll still get the jab. The caps are famously weak and the gel is quite dangerous for others (it’s also weak). I would go for more frequent injections – sus 250 E3W is far too infrequent for my liking but it seems to be your best option.

How close to the blood test did you take the adex? It’s not meant to be taken weekly, so it’s possible you just crashed your numbers before going for bloods. Split the dose to 0.25-0.5 EOD.

Hi wotti. I hope I can be of help as I have an issue similar to you when it comes to knees.

First thing to say is PRP injections are a waste of time and money. HGH is the best thing to take for your knee (in my experience). Cycling isn’t going to help, but if the resistance on the bike isn’t too high it’s a decent form of cardio. Swimming did not help my knee or make it better. Barbell squats should be avoided.

The main thing I would say is to pop a difene about 11 hours before you hit legs. They tend to make you a little bit woozy, so I take mine before bed and train 90 minutes after waking. Knee sleeves will also be a close friend for you.

I really hope this helps, losing cartilage sucks!

Tren cycle but tbh I would only start at 200 and then add 100 every three weeks until at 400. Personally I would keep the test static throughout at 500 but that’s because I need higher test.

I thought they disappeared in 2017. First jab I ever did was AP in 2015. Good times lol

happened to me on an Alpha Pharma test p shot. It’s the alcohol in the oil and bad luck. If you’re using the same lab every time, it may be time to consider changing.

I use the orange on the lats. Good place to jab. I’m currently trying to work up the courage to jab into the traps lol. May go with an insulin needle

That is upsetting. Is there any way to go on a waiting list?
