Hi Jordan, I sent you an email about getting a decent off season in. I’m just wondering, do you have a waiting list? Thanks!

Golf ball on the floor, foot on top of the ball. Dig in and roll it around. Was better the next day. Fierce unpleasant.

Glad to help. The slightly inverted nipple happens in about 10% of cases (according to the surgeon). Apparently it’s more likely because I had the whole gland removed. I am extremely fortunate in that it’s not really noticeable. It can be fixed with another surgery but it bothers me so little that I won’t be going under the knife again. I’m more than happy with how it looks now. I would recommend going to someone who would remove the whole gland, as if you have gyno, especially if it’s from puberty, you’re definitely prone to it and could get it again.
Honestly, it wasn’t that noticeable in most pictures. If I can find one that shows it I will post it immediately. I have attached a picture of what was removed. Doesn’t look like much but it was enough to cause insecurity!
If you’re in any way hesitant because of the financial investment, consider this. I have never been so soft, nor looked so little like a lifter. Yet I am infinitely more confident topless now, and infinitely more confident in a white t shirt. I smile anytime I see my chest now and that alone is worth the price. I cannot wait to see how I look once I can put the hammer down next month.

I did indeed research it; you were the reason I chose her and I have to say thank you for the recommendation. You couldn’t have been more correct when saying she is a perfectionist, nor could you have been more correct when you said the city was beautiful- I fell in love with the place. I just wanted to post something so as to provide even more testimonials for those who remain on the fence as to whether or not to get the surgery. If you think my post is superfluous let me know and I’ll delete it accordingly.

Thank you 🙂

I’m a big fan of EQ, recommend it highly. I can’t take go higher than 400mg of deca as it’s horrid on my mood so EQ is my substitute and I love it.

Currently using it whilst trimming down and the appetite increase is no joke at all. I am famished 3 hours after taking it every time. But it’s definitely filling me out. No help with injuries yet though, though I’m probably expecting too much

I found for strength presses first really helped. For delt size I found laterals at the start worked best. However, I had only started training when I was doing laterals first so it could have just been newbie gains.
Main thing is to try both and see which one got you the best workout. -
If you don’t get depressed about it just do whatever you find works best to keep you on track. Daily weighing is not obligatory by any means.
