Hi JP,
How do you find the antibiotics affect your training now that you’ve high dosed them?

Please be cautious. I used to work in a gym that had a large number of Muslim members and every time Ramadan came around we would deal with people vomiting and fainting out of nowhere. People would drop like flies during the evening classes and whatnot. Be extra cautious when training, I would say it’s better to wait til you can eat and then train, even if the training hours are inconvenient.

Just use what you would have used, minus the tren? Or figure out a way to manage the blood sugar issues?

I get ill at least once a year, I’m actually sick with a cold now. I always just rest and let my body recover. Any time I don’t, I usually end up worse off. I know some people who train through a cold/ other kind of illness but I never found this to work.
Also if it’s something that is contagious, it’s kind of a dick move to go into a gym and contaminate the place.

Can’t hurt, unless you’re going over your macro allowance.

It depends on the person when it comes to the dextrose. Some (a minority, albeit a large enough minority) can handle dextrose intraworkout- others (like me) seriously feel poorly when supping it whilst training. It’s not easy on the tummy, and I know some people crash mid workout on it. HBCD can be used without Peptpro, I’m in college and my work doesn’t pay well so money is tight too hence I don’t have Peptopro these days. I find HBCD worth every penny by itself (used both for about a year, now Peptopro is a luxury item).
As for the whey as an intra – I definitely wouldn’t.
