I’ve experimented before with mixing upper/lower and full body which has worked very well for me.
So the split would look something like this:
Upper
Lower
Rest
Upper
Rest
Full body
RestThis will give you an extra upper session and keep the 4 on 3 off

One last question:
The most I’ve ever gotten up to was 1200 nandrolone and 250 test, is that enough of a climb from 900 to make a meaningful difference?
And would the escalation just be 100 mg at a time or lower/ bigger jumps?

When you said climb up slowly, would that be adding 50 mg every 2 weeks or so and then peak at 1300-1400 nandrolone or how would you do it specifically in my case?

What would a logic drug escalation be in your opinion and when? From 900-1200 nandrolone?

I might add that it’s the same dose a last off season as I was forced to cut it short, so I see no need to increase the dose.
If never felt any sides and my ability to eat on these drugs is good.
Maintainance: 250 test E 400 nandrolone
Blast: 250 test E 900 nandrolone

Good morning solid start to the day, steps & cardio done: both are feeling less painful now so I’m actually pretty happy with it.
275 solidified now, it certainly looks a better 275 than it was few weeks ago. Will see how todays food feels and we can push on from here.

Hi Kuba, I was watching your YT video about timelines for off season/ prep. Amazing video btw: I’m just confused about how you make it, do you fill it out beforehand (with expected weight, cals, mini cuts etc) and then adjust along the way or? Cause I’m my case, my clients wants to get in shape, and I want to try to adopt this principle. For myself, I just started off season and don’t have a show in the future, so I want to just push as far as I can until I’m too fat, but I don’t know how to apply this system if I should fill it out beforehand.

In my gym, I can fit the small dumbells on the cable stack.

Train the same as you would in the off season but I wouldn’t take forced reps just train to failure. Try maintain strength throughout the diet.
Would it make sense to switch out some of the exercises that are struggling and look to progress new lifts, or should you just try to keep the strength as best as possible?

I only have 250 mg ampulses, so I will take every 6 days, and keep mast at 200?
