Good morning solid start to the day, steps & cardio done: both are feeling less painful now so I’m actually pretty happy with it.

275 solidified now, it certainly looks a better 275 than it was few weeks ago. Will see how todays food feels and we can push on from here.

Push today so looking forward to trashing the smith..

Hi Kuba, I was watching your YT video about timelines for off season/ prep. Amazing video btw: I’m just confused about how you make it, do you fill it out beforehand (with expected weight, cals, mini cuts etc) and then adjust along the way or? Cause I’m my case, my clients wants to get in shape, and I want to try to adopt this principle. For myself, I just started off season and don’t have a show in the future, so I want to just push as far as I can until I’m too fat, but I don’t know how to apply this system if I should fill it out beforehand.
I’m sorry for disturbing your log, I just wanted to ask you specifically. You and JP are my heroes🙏🏼🙏🏼

Train the same as you would in the off season but I wouldn’t take forced reps just train to failure. Try maintain strength throughout the diet.

Would it make sense to switch out some of the exercises that are struggling and look to progress new lifts, or should you just try to keep the strength as best as possible?

Yes, he says that he wants my natural test to shut down before introducing it in the cycle

Thanks again, I really appreciate it. I just find it very hard to trust any coach that recommends something that goes against what Jordan is preaching. Do you think it makes sense to start test at week 6 or simply start straight away? He says that he wants to push it until my own is shutting down and the put it in.

Hi Bud – The general approach on this forum is try to get as much FROM AS little as you can.

First cycle example was 350 test.

Second cycle is 300 test + 200 primo (JUST AN EXAMPLE)

But we dont know what you have told your coach what the goal is.

The cycle your coach is recommending is not the most craziest and it will defo reap some great rewards.

Maybe speak to your coach and ask him for an explanation?

Am sure he will have a reasonable answer.

Thanks for the quick answer Riz. It´s more the build up of the cycle that concerns me. I look on the site and almost all th cycles are just stable from start to finish. So it´s difficult for me to trust his arguments when it goes against what the general inofrmation on the site is. Would it be wise to just wait with progressing the cycle until my progress stalls, or just follow it excactly?

Thanks again, it´s so difficult (impossible so far) to find people in Denmark with the same perspectives as Jordan, favoring the High intensity/ low volume approach. My coach is also pushing me to just train one bodypart at a time high volume low intensity, but so far he´s only helping me with the Cycle.

Amazing job! Well Done! Yes fine to start re adding some food patiently and take that weight up ? . Try to drag this period out patiently , get strong across all rep ranges , and you can make some crazy progress from this position

Thank you for the amazing site, I´m in the same boat as Leonardo. I have a question about the transition from a cut to a bulk calorie-wise.

Would you recommend adding calories slowly or to go directly into a surplus? So, transitioning with adding 300 cals/ week or directly adding 800ish cals to go directly in a surplus.

    Thanks
