Hey Mate, quick question- what were your testosterone levels when you last checked them? How long have you been off for? Since November if i remember correctly?
hey buddy, it was 9mmol off everything.
Ryan, what was the natural testosterone range ?
9mmol was somewhere inside the natural levels range or not ?
i ask because every lab has different range !

The range in the UK is between 8mmol and 32mmol or there abouts. So I’m right at the lower end.

Do you use anything right now ? Because I see that your numbers in every exercise are huge for a natural lifter.? Or your body has found is own hormonal homeostasis and can grow again without gear?
Do you use any HGH or anything else that doesn’t affect testosterone production for recovery?

Nothing m8, i did a big pct protocol, il probably be off for the rest of the yr whilst we go for tests and potentially book ivf. I just started 2iu gh on training days just to try and help with recovery, I’m currently only doing one working set on most to match my recovery capabilities.
