Im right now at the same position. next week I will start HCG, tamoxifen and clomid for my pct. I would like to know what anabolics I can use that are not androgens and doesn’t have an impact on my natural testosterone restoration? I want to keep as much muscle as I can and build some too. will 5iu Hgh post workout and 5-7iu humalog pre workout help me avoid catabolism from training and keep protein synthesis high enough to keep as much muscle as I can? during pct? is there anything else that I can add?

@jordan-peters previous you told me that the science behind higher doses of hgh less times per week is that with higher doses you have higher igf 1 levels. sorry if it’s off topic but ok if I use for example 24-26iu hgh per week and I pin it 3-4 times per week for example let’s say 3 times 8iu each time. the days that I don’t use it (4per week) igf1 levels won’t go down? or its not enough time for igf1 levels to go much lower ? thanks again .

Jordan you wrote previous that you use 6iu high per day. so you had written at a previous post somewhere here or in the forum that maybe you will try to use higher dosage 3-4 days per week. what is the science behind that ? I didn’t remember if you had wrote about that? have you ever tried it and if yes do you think that it is better?

Dr Dean at your video you said that you have to wait for 5 weeks if you use long ester testosterone until pct start. but 5 weeks is a very long period of time so what about libido problems during this period? how you will deal with it? because after 2 weeks test levels will be at the bottom and no test production no extra exogenous Testo so I think that is sure that someone will have libido problems during this period. what you propose for that?

Hi Jordan. I don’t know if you explain that in your book because I haven’t the money to buy it at the moment I have saved some and I’m very close to have all the money that I need hahaha.
I saw that you say your training sessions are about 2-2:30 hours. so now I use some drugs and let’s say that there is no problem with catabolic hormones like cortisol,but when I will go off because at least for now I come completely off with full pct for 2-3 months do you think that so big training sessions will be a problem for me? because I know that high cortisol levels is a big problem for muscle growth. and more time at the gym and high intensity means higher cortisol levels. so what’s your opinion about that.
Now I follow Scott’s FT training that is a high volume training (I mean total volume for every session because in fact is something like full body sessions ) especially tier 2,3. so I have seen that you follow something similar as a protocol too. high total volume big training sessions. will it be a problem for a no enhanced athlete? or what I can do to keep cortisol at lower levels? or the changes are negligible?fkostas7@hotmail.com

@luke-sandoe I don’t know if someone have done the same question in the past . Luke what is the longest cruise and blast until full pct that you have done?
I don’t plan any kid for next 2-3 years but I don’t know how safe is to cruise and blast even for 1 year only. I always come out to full pct and then 2-3 months completely off and then back on again. but you lose too much muscle and strength . so for this I ask you every how much time you come off for full pct if you ever do that of course ? every says his own suggestion but I don’t want the suggestion for people that haven’t worked out ever like people here in my country who believe that protein powder is steroid. I ask you because I want to know what the best in the world do. thanks for your time Luke keep upload videos on IG and keep upload more of your training here . I watch them and go lift my 110% then.

do you split GH dosages in big doses 3-4 days per week or you use lower dosages every day? what protocol do you prefer?

I have 10ml vial humalog and I site it in the fridge always. now I have opened it for 32 days but i have used only 1ml because I use it only pre and post workout 5iu.
so could I use it for more than 28-30days of I have stored it in the fridge for all this duration of time?

hey Luke. I would like to ask you if you wouldn’t use hgh because I have not so much money to buy it and if I buy it this month I will not have enough money to buy one more kit next month. so I use insulin only pre and post workout 5iu each time (pre and post) and I’m training 4 days times per week.
would you add 250-500mg Metformin the other 3 days which are off from insulin (humalog)? I ask you because many people say that Metformin has negative effect on mtor and protein synthesis.you wrote earlier at a previous page that this reduction is minimal so can we avoid it and use Metformin either if we don’t use hgh to offset metformin’s negative effect omln protein synthesis and igf 1 levels?

JP could you upload a video with sissy squat in the Smith? I think its a good alternative for legs especially for me here in Greece that all gyms are 100years back from there.they have only rack (and not all gyms) Smith and rarely a heavy leg press so sissy on Smith machine would be a good alternative I think

I am about 10% body fat.
I don’t want to add more than pre and post workout right now because I want to see how it works with lower doses and less times per week.and I think that only pre and post workout is enough right now. but I asked because I would like your opinion if it is too much 4iu before and 4iu after workout with my post workout meal or to work it with 3iu and 3iu?and see how it works and then add 1-2iu more?fkostas7@hotmail.com
