I’d like to share my opinion with you. If you’re concerned about developing a strong back but don’t want to perform deadlift variations from the floor, I want to assure you that there are alternative exercises available.
First off, it’s important to note that this is just my perspective, and individual preferences may vary. If you have access to good equipment, you can explore exercises that target your lower back without involving movements from the floor.
Some effective exercises for lower back development include hyperextensions and back extensions. These exercises can strengthen your lower back muscles, providing an alternative to deadlift variations.
Remember, the key is to prioritize exercises that target the specific muscles you want to develop while considering your comfort and safety.
So, if you’re concerned about not performing deadlifts or stiff-legged deadlifts from the floor, know that there are other options available to train and strengthen your lower back. Explore different exercises, listen to your body, and find what works best for you.

Is it working well for you at the moment?
Yes I am progressing, but maybe I don’t need the extra volume since I train at super high intensity? But maybe I should take back the volume once I stop progressing?

•challenge the short range whilst fresh (pec dec )
•challenge the mid range ( machine press or BB )
•challenge the fully lengthened range ( DB’s or paused work in the lengthened range on machine )
Job done . The rest is just a case of progressing , execution and effort .
So it would be benneficial to do a fly at the start instead of at the end?

It was just a thought. I see the problem with having samples too, and i know Corinne and Jordan World their ass off and that it would most likely not be a priority. Just sharing a thought

It’s about the quality of the ingredients and what purpose the product serves, not to taste good. To make a product taste like squash with that packed ingredient panel is very, very difficult. If you just want to drink something that tastes nice during your workouts then have squash or a sweet carb powder, otherwise realise that MPS is serving a purpose not just trying to taste nice.
Nono, i am fully aware of that. Just trying to come with an idea because it can be beneficial for the business, cause it would be easier to choose what you order. No hate towards the company or quality.
