MPS Max is essentially an additional protein serving, so I would take it at a time which is in the middle of you pre and post meals. You can sip Sustain, which is your carb source, across the training session, but I would take your MPS in one go or at least sipped pretty quicky.

Yes. Aminos still contain around 4 calories per gram. Aside from that though the flavourings and sweeteners are insignificant.

Nope , same answer as last time, get mps max. You don’t pay duties when bought from inside the eu . So you have multiple shops in Sweden and the Netherlands , some in France , Ireland , Switzerland . Your going to get the same answer if you keep posting sub par intra products as people here actually know what a gd one is 🙂

The mps max looks great. And i love all tbjp stuff in general, but due to custom fees when shipping to norway i cant afford to order. I have a crew neck and had some vanilla cream of rice though, which is great quality
