    Hey Jordan

Do you think this is a good ham and glute focused leg day?:

    Standing ham curl

    RDL

    Lying ham curl

Single Leg glute biased leg press (horisontal)

    Leg extencions

    Calveraise

Everything is two sets except for calves, i do tree sets for calves.

Most friendly reminder 🙂 Try to keep questions related to JPs log and what he is doing. Questions like “How does this work for me” doesn’t actually have anything to do with Jordans training or him at all. 🙂 Kuba as has a good Q and A thread you can ask those things or the training subforum 🙂[/quote]
Okay, sorry i am new here🙂

SLDL and RDL are pretty much the same exercise with a small adjustment to the amount of knee bend we have to bias more glute in an RDL vs more stiff knee on an SLDL

It’s literally the same movement with this slight difference

Pick one or the other as it is literally almost the same thing.

    Thank you man😄
If my workout now looks like what I will show under, should I include anything more in a hamstring biased leg day?
    2x Standing curl
    2x RDL
    2x Lying curl
2x Leg ext (or should I do a compound?)
    3x Calveraises

Hi mate, I hate to be boring, but it’s hard to know what’s too much volume for anyone without knowing more about their life circumstances

At a glance, I would suggest it’s unlikely to be too high, but for all I know you could work 14 hour days, have 9 month old twins, a puppy, and insomnia.

I’m clearly being extreme, but you get the point

But should i Include the fact that i am natty when deciding how much volume I should do?

Banded RDL , – banded from the hip that is, so you’re driving into the band at a slight forward angle

That is a good exercise, I do rdl on the same session. After watching jp’s videos I understood it as that my ham workout should be Ham iso, ham comp, ham iso, glute whatever, quad comp, calves

It will be fine to change split if anything recovery will be better on the new split. I would try and keep majority of exercises the same though and not change too much on a cut unless it is needed due to for example stability issues and so on

    Allright😄

Sorry if my question was unclear, because I have already lost fat on the diet

I am 17, I have went down 11 kgs (106kg -> 95kg) since 1st February and I am pretty happy with that😁 Ofc it’s my first cut, so I used a bit longed time than an experienced BB would use.

But would do you think I get better results by having higher carbs/fats? And would my 260P be good in my upcoming surplus?

And should l increase cardio or decrease calories when I stop loosing weight?

Not necessarily. Overall energy balance will dictate fat loss. I would keep protein at the higher end and keep fats to a minimum of 20% of your overall intake, then make the rest up with carbs to support energy, performance and recovery.

    Thank you!
