Early update today, currently doing 30min fasted cardio and than rest for the rest of the day.
Weight jumped up quite a bit today, 101,4 this morning. Not sure why it woukd as I haven’t changed my diet or output setup in about a month but who knows.
I won’t stress it as I know time too pull back and do a tidy up phase is close. Taking progress pics tomorrow at home and assessing from there on.
It’s weird that it jumped up as I also had a great night of sleep and woke up super easy and refreshed. -

Amazing push session in the books.
PBs taken left and right. Strongest I’ve ever been so no reason to hold back. Sleeps is also pretty solid right now and digestion is feeling great, food is going down super easy.Db press x10/x12

What an epic day of training today
Rest days did me very good. Awesome leg session done. Progressed every single set. I beat my top set of pandelum squat by 4 reps. I had to recheck the weight to make sure it was right, and it was. Just awesome. Highlight was definitely 20 rep back off set on pandelum. Just pure torture!

Second day of rest today, feeling good ready to hit legs tomorrow
100,8 this morning
Went for a 30min cardio session on the bike just to get a good sweat going.
Nothing much to report, no changes in setup still doing the same old shit.
Can’t wait to train tomorrow! -
Decided to take 2 rest days as I woke up like someone best me up this morning. I think some down time is much needed after going balls to the wall for such a long time.
Went on a hike today with a sports class, wasn’t too bad but it definitely drained me.
100,4 kg this morning, slightly down but all good.
Resting again tomorrow, will probably hit a short cardio session tomorrow morning just get some sweat going as I will be pretty much sedentary all day than. -

Pretty solid pull session done. Hit an all time 12 rep PB on RDL, so day made!
Fatigue is pretty high at the moment, I was was feeling it by the end of the session. It makes sence as I haven’t backed off in a very long time
I won’t be able to train on Tuesday because of college stuff but tomorrow I’m planning on hitting legs if recovery will be fine in the morning.
Otherwise 2 days of rest for me -
Another great day of training done today
First time training in a new gym that is about 20min away from me and opened back in August. Mostly Techno gym pieces but they have so good plate loaded stuff which is great. I was really pleasantly surprised.

100,5 kg this AM, feeling very good. Appetite is great, hungry in the morning for meal 1 and the rest of the meals also going in super easy.
Resting today, legs really smashed me yesterday.
I’m back home for the weekend so this means a bit more relaxing environment and a lot of college stuff to get done.
Sleep is also perfect right now as it took quite some time to get used to sleeping in another bed. But I always get an even better night of sleep when I come home for the weekend.
Push tomorrow, should be an awesome session. I’m not gonna be able to train in my current gym but will go to the closer city to me where they have some pretty ok gyms. -

Busy busy day today. Spend pretty much all day at the college. Schedule was so annoying as I’ve had two hour and a half breaks in between which is just too short to go and get a session in between the classes.
After all trained at 6pm which is pretty late for me but it is what it is. Had a banger of a push session.
I’ve finally gotten used to training in a different gym and progress is absolutely flying. Took like 2+ reps ony main compund sets which amazing. Was rushing a bit with a workout but regardless progress made which is all that matters.
Got some good compliments today too at the gym which is always nice to hear. -
Big milestone ticked off today. 100kg fasted on the dot today. Looking at the body composition I feel like I’m still in a place to slowly push up a bit more. So this is pretty much the plan. Training is going amazing, I’m at my strongest so I really don’t see the reson to not push further.
“Active” rest day today, went on a hike for college. Wasn’t too bad. Will keep the nutrition the same today and lower my steps through the week.
Also started wearing my apple watch to sleep and tracking it for the past couple of days. Not really relying on the data much but it’s just fun to see.

99,4 today, slight drop as expected. Doing my check in shoots in the morning fasted from now on, it think I can make them the most consistent that way. Will post the comparison from my show up until now.
Very productive rest day, did my morning cardio which felt great and than spend pretty much all day writing an essay. Did a lot of work which I’m super happy about, means less work during the week.
Also unintentionally slept in until 8am today, felt like I wasted 2 hours of the day but body probably needed it.Legs tomorrow, should be brutal!
