Thanks for such a fast replies everyone.
I guess you are right, why fix it if it’s not broken.
I was just curious if I could get even more growth from increasing frequency, but It kinda makes more sense to focus more on my week parts. In my case this would be my back, my lats need to get a lot bigger.
Peter here are some latest pictures. Currently 12 weeks post show.

Started new year the right way with a leg session of course. Totally buried myself today, I literally couldn’t get up from the leg press for like 2 min after the last set. Overall great session. Post workout 175 carbs went in like nothing I guess the body really needed them.
Smith squat 11/7
RDL 9/15
Leg press 12/19
Lying ham curl 10+3
Leg extension 13+5
Adductor 9/13+1
Calf raise 8/10/17Weigh this morning 86,30kg.
BG at 4.5. I’m measuring blood glucose once a week just to see if it’s in range. 4.5 it’s not bad since it has been like this since the show and it’s not going up. -
I would say yes. More protein rich meals throughout the day provides more opportunities to stimulate muscle protein synthesis.

First happy new year everyone!
Week 11 of offseason wrapped up. 0,6kg up on average but big drop today after yesterday. No worries we move on. Not many changes planned for next week. Recovery thai week was great so I’m considering adding another leg day into my rotation just to hit every muscle group 2x a week and really get the most out of my training. I think it’s worth trying it out at the end of the day I can always go back.

Finished the year with a big Pull session. Hit some awesome numbers. Weight slightly down at 86,40kg but overall good since I’m 0,6kg up on average this week. Nothing crazy today, regular high day meals and chill evening with the family.
Honestly I’m very tired from the hard training and just want to sleep but the food has to be eaten.
I wish you all a happy new year. Lets hope we all make some great progress!!

86,6 kg this morning. Weight is holding nice. Push B on the menu today. Took 40kg DBs for a ride again, got the same reps but with better control, still progress in my head. Also +2 reps on the back off set. Another big session tomorrow than we chill for a new years eve with the fam.

Hey Jordan are you keeping your diet the same on rest days and just skipping the intra shake or are you taking some other approach?

Wednesday update time. Weighted in at 86,60kg so holding nice. 20min of liss on the bike ticked of first thing in morning followed by a meal 1 to refuel for a bug pull session afterwards. High day today so 845g of carbs going in, appetite still holding strong. I know I’m in a good spot when I’m looking forward to every single meal. I incorporated some toast/bread into my diet just to spice things up a bit. In terms of digestion it seem to not be doing any damage so I’ll stick with it.
Todays macros as I forgot to post them last week. Totals comes to about 4700 cal.

Lets go Jordan! So glad you are back bodybuilding. I was just read through your 2014 training log and I honestly though damn I wish Jordan would come back to bodybuilding and here you are today announcing it. I’m so hyped, can’t wait to follow along. Wish you all the success. Go get that pro card!!

Hey Joe probably to early to ask but will you be managing the prep on your own or have someone look over you? Either way I’m really hyped to see the new package!!

Great day today. Slightly less sleep due to early morning PT work but still a little over 7h in bed. Weight skyrocketed today to 87,10kg I guess not going to the toilet in the morning had something to do with it. But I’m glad it went up after two days of dropping in a row.
Went for redemption on DB shoulder press with 32,5kg and I got 9 reps which made my days. Overall good session, progress taken on all the main movements which is all I want. Not just another shit at the reception until 10PM than last meal in and bed time.
At the moment I’m really enjoying reading Jordans old training logs. So much knowledge on one site, truly the best money I ever spent was to join this site! I will never regret it.

Great start to the week.
Started the day with 30min fasted walk as Legs were on the menu today. Slight change with a split but nothing significant just switched session for recovery purposes.Weight dropped again today and I’m under 86kg again. I decided to keep the fold same today and if weight won’t change tomorrow I’m bumping up the food.
Legs were amazing, had gym all to myself since it’s closed to public on holidays and I can train alone. Progressed all the lifts which is a big win for me.
Just chill for the rest of the day, went to meet my good friend for a coffee. Now we just eat a lot of food and recover, push on the cards tomorrow and I’m ready for some incline smith progress!
