    Solid Friday to end the week

    99,9kg this morning, getting close to this 100kg fasted. I’m pretty positive that weight is climbing from added sodium that I’m getting from a pre made turkey breast I buy for my meal 1. I’ve added them in about 3 days ago and not changed my water content so I’m probably hilding some water which should be off in a couple days. I know this meat is not the best option but it saves me time and money.

    Pretty sore from push yesterday but got an epic epic pull session in today.
    Progressed every single lift and hit an RDL PB, big W in my book. I need to get my hands on some micro plates so I can make sure I’m for sure progressing every session.
    Back home for the weekend today going back in the city on Sunday sk resting tomorrow which will be much needed. Stress levels are high now but nothing I can’t manage.

    Very productive day today. Got an awesome push session in and a lot of college work done so a solid W today.

    Finally made it through all the new session rotations at the new gym so next move is just to progress numbers every time I come in. Should be a great journey.

    Got my scale back and weighed in at 99,6kg. Awesome, moving further I’m gonna reach this 100kg no mather what. Food is also going in very easy as I’m starting my meals at 7am and my body comp is still not too far off. I think I got some wiggle room left to push.

    2 very busy days behind me. This college thing and city life is no joke, but regardless still getting my meals in and training like a savage.

    Had an epic epic leg day yesterday. It feels so good when other people around you also bodybuild and train crazy hard it just gives me that bit extra push to go even harder myself. Many people are in prep now over there so I’m the fat one lol

    I did

    I woke up today sore AF. I’ve legit never been this sore in my life. RDL smashed me on monday and than legs yesterday just topped it all off.

    I’m resting today, in for push tomorrow. My mum brought me my scale today so I can finally weigh myself. Will see tomorrow where I’m at.

    First official day of college. Currently writing this as I’m having an hour break in between. My schedule is actually pretty solid, I’m having some breaks in between to get my meals in and classes never take the whole day so hitting the gym shouldn’t be a problem.

    Trained after meal 1 today and the session went better than I expected. In for Pull B, hit an all time PB on RDL 4pps for 6 and I had to start the set from the floor which makes it even harder. Definitely a W in my books. RDLs will probably stay in for this month as this gym does not have a deadlift platform and blocks to pull from, so stiff legs are out until I switch gyms.

    Day is going on very well I’m getting all my meals in no problem. The only thing I’m missing is my daily cardio on the bike. I replaced it with a morning walk but it doesn’t give me that right satisfaction to start the morning.

    Late update today, just getting ready to go to bed.

    Weighted in at 98,75 today, slightly down but I’m sure I will be up over 99 again in a couple days. Forgot my scale at hime which sucks, this means no weigh in until Thursday morning but it’s all good as I’m not planning on making any changes very soon.

    Trained Push today, was a good session. They have Ivanko dumbbells here at the gym and I almost certain the weight more than the ones at home. I’m hinestly not a bug fan kf them as they are just so long and hard to balance.

    Back on track today. Had a family a family event of picking up grapes this morning, was nice to get a bit of frest air in. No meals missed which is great.
    Resting today, legs are pretty beat up but nothing too serious. Back in the gym tomorrow for a first push session in the new gym. They got some serious pressing machines so I’m sure the session will be epic. Also their dumbbells go up to 70kgs which means no more wrapping micro plates around with bands. Supper pumped to do some serious DB presses tomorrow!
    99,15 this morning, will definitely push up to 100kg fasted this time and assess from there but I’m pretty sure a tidy up phase will be needed at that point.

    First day of college done today, starting classes officially on Monday.
    Freshman introductions took a bit longer than expected. I of course had a meal on me but there was no chance to get it in. So I missed a meal which I can’t remember the last time I did.

    I came to realize that bodybuilding can’t have my 100% focus right now if I want to finish college successfully. I’m sure I can still keep training like I have been but nutrition wise I will switch to more macro based approach as opposed to a strict 6 meals a day. I’m sure I can still keep progressing with this plan. At the end of the day bodybuilding is just my hobby.

    Also had a banging leg day today. The gym I am training at is awesome for legs, tried so many new machine. Was like a kid in a candy store!

    Finally home watching some master chef and switching off

    Another very busy day today.
    Finally moved to the city and trained at the new gym for the first time. It’s probably the only “hardcore” bodybuilding gym here in our country. The vibe is just great!
    I hit pull today. I was trying to stick to my usual pull setup but machines here are all new to me so I’ve used this session to establish my base line numbers that I can work on.
    First day of college tomorrow, I’m studying economics which should be interesting. Tomorrow is more like a presentation day so nothing crazy going on. Don’t know how long it will be but I will hit a leg session after and head back home until Sunday.
    I’m sure I’ll still be able to eat like a bodybuilder and continue working out as I honestly can’t live without it but college is the main priority from now on and some adjustments will probably happen.

    Decided that rest day was needed today. Chest, delts and arms weren’t too sore but legs on the other hand were fucked. This has become quite a regular thing lately but tomorrow it’s my first day training at the new gym which is open all week. So from tomorrow I’m switching to 2 on 1 off training.

    Had a busy day of moving my things tocthe new place. Will be a very different way of living as my good friend is also staying with me. I’m stressed and nervous about it but it should be fine. I will do my best to balance bodybuilding and college at the end of the day bodybuilding is just my hobby.

    Solid Push session today. Felt tired going in, must be from legs yesterday as they are abnormally beat up today. My triceps were somehow also sore, not sure why but it’s from pulling myself into the pad on leg press and extensions.
    Although still productive session, beat all the lifts but had to change some movements due to machines being occupied by kids on their phones. I won’t stress it as I can’t control other people. Can’t wait to change gym on Thursday.

    Food is going in very well. 98,6 today. I know it will get harder as I get close to 6000 cals.

    Last leg day in my current gym today so I made sure it was a brutal one. Epic progress taken across all the lifts. Especially happy with a 4pps + 3,75kg PB on SL leg press.

    Strength is literally going up every single session. I make sure to put at least 0,5kg more on a lift and do my best to also take an extra rep. Paring that with a standard form should see me with some new muscle next time I diet down.

    Weight held again today at 98,25 so no change in weight since last monday. Decided to bump the cals up by 150 on both days and reduce cardio to light 15mins which will be switched to just a 20-25min fasted walk when I move to different city and can’t take the indoor bike along.

    Sunday rest for me

    98,25 this am. Weight dropped overnight which I honestly expected as I held myself back on the meal out yesterday. Still better than stuffing myself and gaining unnecessary body fat and fucking my digestion up.
    Food is going up tomorrow, I’m also thinking of switching my morning bike cardio for a walk as I’m moving on Thursday and I can’t take my bike with me so morning fasted walk will have to cut it from now on.
    Pretty fatigued form Pull yesterday but well worth it for that stiff leg PB

    Very nicely spent birthday today

    Weighted in at 98,5 today, got my 20min of cardio in and went to the gym after meal 1 as it was closing early.
    Got an immense pull session in. Pulled a new PB on stiff legs, 173 for 8. Looking back at the footage I think I finally nailed my technique for erector focused stiff leg deadlift, now time to get stronger. Rest of the session also went great, destroyed all the numbers so job very well done!
    In terms of nutrition I belive I did good today. I had a small piece of cake which I weighed out and fit into one of my meals calorie wise. I also switched 2 of my regular meals out for a meal out with the boys. I left myself 1500cals but I got a grilled stuffed calamari with a side of fries which deffenitely wasn’t this calorie dense.
    I’m about to have my meal 5 as I’m writing this and I ravenous for it which is great.

    Overall great day full of some awesome memories!

    Another very very productive day in the gym today. in for Push B, progressed on every single lift and even took some double PBs which is rare for me on the push days. Dumbbells moved so smooth despite wrapping 0,5kg plates around them which make them quite long, I really could not be more satisfied.

    98,6kg fasted today. Feeling very good, did some post workout posing today and I must say I’m very satisfied with where I’m at condition wise. I compared them to pics at my heaviest 99,3kg last time and I look way better this time. I dare say it but i think I will be able to push past 100kg fasted this time. I’m soooo excited… LFG

    It’s my birthday tomorrow so probably gonna have a meal or two off with the family and the boys. I will still train of course and try to keep total calories around my normal daily total.

    First rest day of the week

    Weight still holding, 98,3 kg this morning. I’m considering upping the food as I feel composition is good and hunger is also high today as it was yesterday. I will bump the food if the scale won’t move tomorrow.

    Very beat up from legs yesterday but it’s all good as I’m not hitting them again until Monday.
    Chest however has thankfully finally recovered. I was sore from Monday until today. Must have been the dips that I did after 3 months. But all good, I’m hitting push tomorrow and I know it will be an awesome session.

    Also ordered an awesome meal prep backpack for college. It’s basically a wolfpack bag replica. I would totally get an original one as it looks awesome but shipping + taxes from usa is just too much.
