    Thanks everyone, was down weight again today so have upped 200 cals in carbs, during a bulk when do ye usually increase protein/fat rather than carbs? I’m aware I’ve a long way yet in terms of increasing carbs first

    Hey buddy, if you contact eval blood analysis they do a full athlete pro, this tests for all of your hormones, vitamins & minerals, kidney, liver, cholesterol, blood cells etc. this is the test that I would recommend so you get everything covered.
