How do you find the set up?? Agree with oscar, you could add a squatting movement in, but if all is going well just rinse and repeat
Hello, yeah it’s good the sessions never take more than 50-60 mins which is ideal for me too. And yeah I usually do a squat or leg press for quads , this was a squat but since moving to Ultimate fitness Birmingham I’ve been enjoying the gymleco leg press 🙂
