    How do you find the set up?? Agree with oscar, you could add a squatting movement in, but if all is going well just rinse and repeat

    Hello, yeah it’s good the sessions never take more than 50-60 mins which is ideal for me too. And yeah I usually do a squat or leg press for quads , this was a squat but since moving to Ultimate fitness Birmingham I’ve been enjoying the gymleco leg press 🙂

    The all important sentence. Improvements aren’t needed if it’s working for you.

    Thank you sir, I thought that and that’s why I’ve been doing things this way. However I wanted to triple check if people who have 100x more experience than me could spot anything to take this from a 9.9/10 to a 10
